AVOID THIS SCAM: Broken Cards, Stolen Money, and Abusive Support!
I deposited $10.50 to buy a virtual card for general purchases and Google Pay. Their service is a complete scam. None of their cards work anywhere, they are instantly declined, and the required 3DS OTP codes never arrive in the dashboard. I lost money just on card creation fees for products that are completely defective.
When I contacted their Telegram support to request a full refund for their broken service, the agent was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They refused to refund the full amount, called me an "idoit" (idiot), explicitly told me to "Go f...ck away," and then forced a 10% penalty fee just to return the remaining $8.49 of my balance. I lost my money for absolutely zero service and was verbally abused by their staff. Do not trust ucards.uk under any circumstances!
