I recently purchased a pair of Bisgaard Barefoot DEX shoes for my 5-year-old daughter directly from your official website (Order #EN9974).

While I appreciate the design and the brand's reputation for high quality, I was surprised and disappointed to find that the shoes do not include any "Made in..." label or clear indication of their country of manufacture on the product, the tag, or the box.As a conscious consumer, transparency regarding the origin and chemical safety of children's products is extremely important to me.

Could you please clarify exactly in which country this specific pair of Barefoot DEX was manufactured? Additionally, I would like to receive written confirmation that this specific batch strictly complies with REACH regulations and is 100% free of heavy metals and dangerous toxins.I look forward to your prompt response before I decide whether to keep the product or initiate a return.

At the website from Bisgaard it says: "our shoes are made in Portugal and Asia"... that can't be more ambiguous, as Portugal is a country and Asia is a continent.

some years ago all Bisgaard shoes I bought were made in Portugal. This seems to have changed. The last two pairs I bought for my son didn't have any 'made in', so I wrote the company to ask where the shoes are produced as they claim to be sustainable. The only answer I received was that the shoes are 'made in Asia'. When I asked where exactly, they didn't reply. I wouldn't buy from Bisgaard again as they aren't transparent about production.

Great quality overall. Shoes are very comfortable.

We got some great Bisgaard boots for my child, but when he lost the lace and clasp from one boot, customer service said they don’t supply spare parts. These parts are quite specific to the boot and difficult to replace elsewhere, leaving us wondering whether we have to order a whole new pair.

We offered to pay and cover postage for a new clasp/lace, but got a “computer-says-no” response from customer service. The brand promotes sustainability and reducing waste; it would seem that this is empty rhetoric. A little energy and consistency - asking the right department to post a lace and clasp - would go a long way.

Had a really bad experience with customer service not taking responsibility for a clear defect of the shoes we have bought from a third party retailer. The sole of the shoes fell apart after 5 times wearing it. Understand the responsibility lies with the store that have sold the shoes but clearly from the pictures I have provided, there’s a quality issue on the product that a serious brand would take responsibility for and provide to send a new pair of shoes. It shows the lack of professionalism and product quality, It’s a shame because the brand would have potential, I will spend my money elsewhere in the future.

Quick, reliable delivery, shoes come packaged well, and are a very good quality Baby shoe.

I've been ordering for my kids from them for the last two years. Most of their shoes are solid enough to be worn by both kids, which is a big plus considering the price. However, the rain boots tend to not survive the season. The kids love the vibrant colors and patterns. Their description of the size and fit are always spot on.

The best shoes for kids! So comfortable and soft. We love them so much!

Super kvalitet og service

Don't last long enough.
My wife loves her Bisgaard rubber thermo boots. The problem is: I bought the same pair 3 years in a row now and every time the sole wears out within a year.
She only uses them to walk our small dog during the wetter months, so they should not gave out so fast.
This year I'll try a different brand.

Winter or Summer, Bisgaard Shoes are stylish and comfortable. Not only for Kids :-) Bisgaard is the brand that has accompanied us for the last 6 years and we are very satisfied with the quality, fit and comfort.

I love this brand and have been buying since my little could walk. They are very true to size and are very durable. It also helps that the designs are super adorable 🥰

I bought a winter boot for myself, shoes arrived in two days. the quality is perfect and they are really comfortable.
