Thanks again for your review. But again I believe you misrepresent the situation just like you did on you last review. We responded to your e-mail within an hour and have already started an investigation into why DHL are unable to deliever your parcel.
We have been very accommodating to your reuqests and done everything in our power to help you. You have been rude and short tempered with us from the beginning.
We believe in owning up to our mistakes and learning from them but it is hard to do so in this case as you have been unfair and unreasonable.
Hopefully all the other reviews on our TrustPilot page reflect that both our products and services are indeed not worthy of this treatment.
If you wish to resolve this case I recommend you reply to our last e-mail and let us help you to the best of our ability.

Great shoes.
I love these shoes because perfect for a wide feet. I like the selection,and the colours. My little one loves them. We just bought for winters and it's comfy and warm. I'll definitely buy again.

These shoos are too slipery because the soles are completely smooth. The child slipped on a wet rock. These are also too tight from the ankle and hard to put on.

Bad last mile carrier choice
Disappointed because they used the natioanal postal services as the last mile carrier, since they are slow, unreliable and don't deliver the package to your home.

too big because of the size guide
The shoes are really beautiful and meet the flexible and spacious criteria. The order was received in 1 and a half weeks (we live in France). Nevertheless, we followed the recommendations of the size guide and took size 27 but once on the foot, there remains 3.5cm in front of my daughter's big toe. Given the price of return costs, we are keeping them for next year hoping that it will be suitable at that time
