Very attractive biscuits and great packaging.

Just received the valentines gift ordered and it is not great for the money £12 quid for a card with edible biscuit. The biscuit is upside down in the packaging, the message is written on a card (in a font you can't read) on a separate white piece of paper not cut to size - printed on a home computer. Looks real cheap - bit embarrassing.

Biscuit stained my fingers (few days) and teeth blue.. tried contacting and after 3 times and 10 days later I finally got a response

If there was a 0 I would use it. I ordered a twin pack of their "Year of the Snake" biscuits for my eldest son's 60th. their website is a bit confusing...giving the impression each one is hand painted and your order was being handmade for you, just before delivery ...this is not the case. (they can keep for 4 months, so they probably have a stock already made to send out!)
They arrived....I hd planned to place one on top of his birthday cake, but it was so small it would be lost. The so called "painting" (transfer) was very pale, and on one indiscernible. The packaging was a small, cheap looking pkt, placed inside small a cheap red bag with string handle; apparently you had to order 8 biscuits to have a bit of red ribbon! We were so disappointed; but equally, for the price of these "wafers", we felt totally ripped off. I contacted the company with our findings to resolve the situation, but only received an email apologising for everything, lots of P.R. rhetoric, thanking me to help them improve! No mention of a resolution. We could have bought 3 dozen nicer biscuits for £25. Added to which they then gave discounts on their next advertising campaign, also for Easter & Valentine orders. Unless you have money to waste, don't buy them....just a cheap novelty.

I have ordered a few times as gifts for friends and love the products. Good quality and beautifully packed. Also like that they've halal options and a Ramadan Range. Recently I had an issue with a delivery and Sophia was amazing at resolving it promptly. Highly recommend ordering :)

What an amazing find! Wanted a special gift to celebrate Chinese New Year and these beautifully decorated biscuits were just perfect.

Easy to order and delivered on time. Beautiful product, the recipient was thrilled with it and isn't going to eat it until the eat by date so that he can enjoy looking at it.

Ordered their special Chinese New Year bouts and such a shame that it came with the bow on the bottom of the box, the box was upside down and there was no way to change the bow to the top so it would be the right way around.
Should have also looked at dimensions as wasn’t expecting such a small box. Could have been a lovely present if the design wasn’t messed up!

I got a lovely little box of white chocolate and ginger biscuits decorated with Christmas designs from our neighbours children in December - they were absolutely amazing.

A Christmas gift from a parent as a THANK YOU, me being just a caretaker- what a nice gesture from the family & their children. The taste was unreal & so lovely presented I actually thought it was a set of coasters. Christmas Eve I divided into 4 portions for my family. A must to check out their website.

Beautiful biscuits my mum was thrilled

Ordered two packs of the painted biscuits in October for a delivery date in December. Wanted to take these over to Northern Ireland as gifts, flying two days after the delivery should have occurred. Astounded to get an email day before delivery saying they’d been dispatched to be delivered by Royal Mail despite noting on their website site that there were delays! So, by the time they arrived, I’d flown over there having to buy new gifts. So, I’m left with £32 of biscuits to eat at home, opened the first box today to find the first two crushed despite supposedly well packaged. What a complete waste of money!

Interesting some of the reviews don’t relate to biscuits!
Firstly the box is lovely, that’s where it stops by the time I paid postage 8 biscuits for £20. £2.50 each about the size of a macaron I expected them to be larger, they are nice biscuits but definitely not worth the price

Same thoughts as another reviewer. The biscuits were not as presented on the website. The Christmas biscuits are presented as white with various Christmas designs on them. They are brilliant white and the design extremely clear. The biscuits I received are more cream coloured and the designs on them dull and faded. The presentation box is lovely, however, the contents were extremely disappointing and not worth the money. One of the biscuits arrived broken and the back of the biscuits are so poorly finished. They look like Lotus biscuits from the supermarket! They were also to be delivered 13th Dec and arrived today the 16th. I am awaiting a reply to my email with reference to being refunded as these are definitely not the same as what is on their website! I wish I could upload photos to here!
