Shopping here was easy

Shopping here was easy. I really liked the selection, and feel it was all a white glove service. I was excited to see my package delivered in a nice box and garment bag!

So helpful! I miscalculated the shipping time and was in a big mess because the dress might not ship in time for the wedding. I spoke with Vlad who was so understanding and helpful. The dress arrived VERY quickly and I owe a LARGE thanks to the Birdy Grey team!! Thank you!!!

They went above and beyond to help

They went above and beyond to help! I had a groomsmen cancel a week prior to our wedding. We had to replace him and rush a suit to the new groomsmen. Nemanya was so helpful and helped to physically get the suit and shipped in time; saved the day!

Birdy Grey sold my email to Shop.com…

Birdy Grey sold my email to Shop.com for no apparent reason. As soon as I placed my order for Birdy Grey I got sales emails from Shop.com. They also shared my email with UPS. While UPS is relevant to my order, I don’t recall asking for updates from a third party. Please work on data privacy.

The measurements were very helpful! The pants also have a bit of a stretch to them which will help with having to wear them all day (words from my Fiancé)

Fits as expected

Loved how fast everything showed up! The suit fit amazing and looked good. The only thing that we had a problem with was that the tie had a stain on the front of it before we even opened the package. Found that odd since it was brand new. Other than that it was great! Definitely needs steaming/pressing, but that’s about it!!
