Confusing refund/“e-gift” process
The suit is lovely. However, the entire exchange/return refund process was very confusing. I had to just re purchase a second jacket. I hope I can get my money back for the first one rather than the “e-gift card” that was supposed to pay for the exchange. So confused.

I needed to personally have my daughter see and touch the different fabric options for her dress selection. These samples were delivered quickly, beautifully packaged, and presented. The website made the process seamless and tearless (thankfully!) by arranging by fabric type, color, floral, etc. Could not have had a better experience.
