Product support is woeful and run by rude, quibbling, uncaring drones who can't think beyond a script.
I bought a Glacier plate for my Bambu X1C printer.
It comes with a set of adhesive plate markers that are clearly not heat proof. Odd for something that is going to be heated.
Subsequently fell off.
Initially Product Support (PS) asked for sales details even though these were a keystroke away based on my email.
I let it drop as I didn't use plate for while. My Mistake.
I started using the plate again and asked for a replacement set of stickers.
Again asked for sale details.
Again, pointed out they had them.
They found them.
At this point, warranty (on stickers!!) had lapsed by one month.
There followed increasingly frustrating efforts to get the drone in PS to understand how to deal with paying customers.
Clearly they are not interested.
This is an incredible shame for them because some of their gear is very good. They are let down very very badly by these lazy, uncaring PS drones.
They need to be taught that CUSTOMERS are the lifeblood of the company and they are there to look after them, even going that little bit further, like looking up an ID on a nearby computer, rather than just taking the pay-cheque for doing as little as possible.

When it works it works well. When it fails it is a PITA.
They have missed deliveries and the "worry free" people are awful.
I have had two missed eliveries and the last is taking a long time to get reimbursed.
The Panda Sense did not work when installed and I am attempting to deal with it.
I have used some of their other products for the AMS and printer and they seem to work. Plates work well.
Three Months of Delays, Wrong Product, Zero Accountability
I waited almost three months for my order, including over one month of delays entirely on the seller’s side. Shipping dates were repeatedly postponed, and I was never informed proactively. I only received updates after contacting customer service myself, and often without receiving a response.
When the order finally arrived, the situation became even worse. I paid for the PANDA STATION, but received the cheaper NAKED PANDA STATION instead. On top of that, the package did not include the promised gift intended to compensate for the shipping delay.
This entire experience shows a complete lack of professionalism. Missed deadlines, no communication, sending the wrong product, and unfulfilled promises. I have never dealt with an order so poorly handled.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this store.
I ordered quite a few BIQU equipment
I ordered quite a few BIQU equipment, including the Revo hotend. It works better than anything ever. The bed plates are perfect.
BIQU sold hotend products with…
BIQU sold hotend products with knownquality issues. My juicer hotend failed and caused damage to my H2D printer. The service team was really unhelpful, was not willing to refund my order and continually asked me the same questions over and over via email. They are either completely dysfunctional or they were giving me the run around. One service person told me that they have known quality issues then another denied the fact. The only way I got my refund was to involve the credit card company.
My exp Avoid BIQU at All Costs: No Help, No Warranty, No Accountability
My experience with BIQU has been nothing short of awful. I purchased a Manta M8P board that arrived defective, and despite providing clear evidence, detailed troubleshooting, and confirmation that the issue was hardware‑related, BIQU refused to take responsibility. Their support was slow, dismissive, and ultimately useless. They repeatedly ignored the facts and offered no real solution, let alone a replacement for a product that never worked correctly in the first place.
If you’re considering buying anything from BIQU, think twice. The hardware quality is questionable, and the complete lack of support when something goes wrong makes their products a risky investment. I regret choosing this brand, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
They really couldn't be less bothered
Ordered the panda den over month ago. So I emailed apparently has to wait for the 30th of December before they even thought about shipping it but if i paid a hundred quid more I could have one in 5 to 7 days straight from china. 7 days latter the best they could be bothered to do is print a label. Stupidly when paying the extra hundred I figured get the ams riser. Estimated delivery to there eu warehouse is Christmas day. Between thos company and bambu lab prussa have nothing to worry about
good hardware, BAD company
They make great hardware but as a company they cant get anything right!!!
Their prices are at least twice as much on amazon!! But if you order direct they screw up every single order!!!
Support just doesn't care
One of the tool plates I received doesn't work (5V line). I bought it from a local authorized dealer (authorized by BIQU; it clearly has all certificates, etc.). I'm no longer in the country where I bought it, so I contacted support to see if they could propose any possible solutions. They just said that they can't help me with it. What's the point of authorized dealers then? For me, a faulty tool plate wasn't a big problem, as we all make mistakes and I wouldn't even care about it if support had advised a quick and easy solution. But they didn't seem to care about it, which became a huge problem for me. Since I can't simply buy another tool plate, I need to buy a whole new kit, which I don't want to do after this situation. I had a way better opinion about BIQU in the past—90% of my electronics in printers were from BIQU—but now I'm going to switch to another manufacturer, as customer service is a very important point for me to consider.

Placed an order with the company than put in a request because I wanted to change some things. They insisted on helping me amend the order quiche after 3 days of going back and forth they could not find an item on their website I sent them a screenshot of. They finally canceled and then I couldn't place the order since after wasting time going back and forth with them they sold out of part of my order.

I thought I was ordering the status bar for the X1C as that is the link they sent within the ad, once there they have 3 options, very confusing, took forever to receive and it’s the wrong part. They refuse to help, customer service is horrible.
I placed an order for 2 build plates
I placed an order for 2 build plates, an LED light strip, and ceramic AMS inlets for my Bambu printers. I've ordered from BIQU before with no problem. This time, only the build plates were shipped. I've tried back and forth with BIQU to resolve this and they are unwilling to assist and ship the items. Because I wasted time trying to resolve the issue through them, I went past the 7 days to file a claim with their shipping service and past the 30 days that Paypal will review the issue. It's a shame as some of their products are well priced alternatives but their customer service and response are horrible.
Took a little long, but thats okay
Took a little long, but thats okay. Well protected in packaging, all fine
Trash quality
I bought their Panda jetpack for the X1 3D-Printer. The fanducts are aimed above the nozzle instead below it. Also their allen keys werent usable. The pins for mounting are slightly too big, so I had to use force to get the fan inside the case.
Using a bowl of water to test the fan duct made me realizie that this was a terrible mispurchase. I looked for reviews before the purchase and it seems like they use many forums to advertise their products with false informations.

I bought the Panda Knomi and it won’t work or update and when asking for support your just ignored.

Placed an order with the EU Warehouse for delivery to the UK. The item was delivered within a week.
I just wish they would not use "Shop" as a method of tracking the item when DHL is more than capable.

Very difficult/costly to return a product. I received the product that has partially opened package, I have to pay international shipping+ potentially extra fees to China customs, plus unknown time delay of this whole process.
