Not sure where you sent a message. I do not see any message.
I received an email about receiving a full size reward if I spent $75. I used the link in the email to redeem on the website but it never worked and spent $140. Maybe supply ran out etc. but that is disappointing to say the least. I spend hundreds of dollars a year on your site, been a customer for a few years now and that just felt cheap to me.

I've been using biossance for years. The eye cream and lactic acid resurfacing serum are my staples..I cant ever go without. I stock up on them. Im in my 40s and have tried many brands but I always come back to biossance.
