I an trying to return my products and no one is helping me.

This Magnesium supplement is wonderful! Within two days of taking this brand of magnesium..my severe FIBRO muscle-skeletal- joint pain..resolved..to almost no pain. I have been suffering for 5 months with severe muscle pain and soreness, fatigue in my upper body..like shoulders ribs, back, neck, arms..etc. My sleep is deeper now.

The product is good but the time it took to receive it was not!
Very slow compared to everything else I order online. Also tracking was difficult......sorry, you asked.

1. I find the dosing difficult to calculate. I've listened to podcasts and videos from the founders, and looked through the website, and find lots of inconsistent information.
2. The PM-03 isn't helping, 2 weeks in, using full dosage as noted on the bottle.
3. Was never told an item I'd ordered was out of stock until I inquired 5 days after ordering without any tracking or confirmation info sent to me.
4. Through company podcasts and online, I was told I could contact the company with questions via the support email. I've sent 2 such emails in the past week to ask for help as to how to use 2 products simultaneously for maximum effect, and have yet to receive any feedback, much less acknowledgement that my questions have been received. For what these items cost, I was expecting better customer service. Doubtful will reorder.

Excellent magnesium - I highly recommend.

I am loving these products so far.
I have been taking their enzyme stacks for four months and taken alongside smarter eating habits and exercise I actually see and feel a difference.
Have to add that my exercise is only daily movement/walking interspersed with a usual workouts and activity. I wanted to feel and look great without having to devote serious time with workouts every day. Life balance is now fantastic.

I have just received my Nootropics and very excited to experiment with these too. Love what you guys are bringing to the market.
Expensive? Yes but not as expensive as a half lived life and medical bills.

This experience was great. I would like to say it would be nice to be able to get someone live easier based on a previous issue...overall great and overall best digestive enzyme I have taken.

The product seems to work form my body's needs. I plan to use it until my divining swing says to stop. This was the only magnesium supplement out of 5 other brands tested that was positive for my body. Easy to take capsules.
Priced to make a profit for the producers.

I love this magnesium, my body needed this supplement. Only frustration was that I ordered several bottles for free shipping then after checkout I was offered extra bottles at a reduced price. Why not be up front about a discount for bulk orders?

Your magnesium product is superb but your website is a pain ! The constant pop ups with better deals & the confusing yellow tag that says “ I want to improve my health now “ that SHOULD SAY “ CHECK OUT NOW” Are almost enough irritation to not buy your product.

I received an email from bioptimizers that said my "subscription order" for magnesium would be issued at such and such date. I NEVER signed up for a subscription order. It was very presumptuous that I needed more by then and it makes me rethink if I will reorder. Not a good way to keep customers!

I started taking this for sleep since I'm hitting menopause and it's my biggest issue. It's helped immensely. I'll be reordering regularly.

Excellent! I ordered some product to hopefully help my son.

I bought because i read good reviews. At today, I improved my daily intake magnesium supplement more than 20 days ago, I didn't notice any visible improvement. I still wake up in the middle of the night.
Anyway, I'll finish the bottle. I'm not sure if I'll buy it again.

I was totally turned off by your hyper aggressive sales approach. I think I had to go through three or four separate offers a check out before I could buy my product. Never again!
The supplements themselves are grossly overpriced. There’s so much hype around this product line and it’s Founder, that I question the accuracy if it’s claims.

I had a very good experience with your representative on the phone. However, it’s been over a week and still have not received my product! Every other order I place on various sites do not take as long. I do believe a lot has to do with the Cleveland postal service, but I think I’m going to cancel my auto subscription—I don’t want to go through this every month.

I’ve had a little trouble with the recurring billing which is a little more complicated then other sites but I got it straightened out. The shipping seems to take longer them most so if you need to reorder make sure you do it a couple of weeks ahead of time.
