I have used Magnesium Breakthrough for 6 months. I take two in the morning and 2 at bedtime. I noticed a difference in my bowels within a week. I have more energy, sleep better, and more peaceful overall. I've tried a lot of different supplements but I staying with this one!

Customer service has been inadequate and unresponsive. I am especially disappointed at the lack of communication regarding my Biotribe subscription. After completing the 1st month and customizing my plan, I still received the original configuration. I had to call twice to get the order moving, but I still haven't been able to get anyone on the phone to discuss my order or my plan. I finally had Abeo B contact me by email last week, but they have not responded to my 2 emails requesting them to call me. I've spent quite a bit of money with BiOptimizers and really enjoy the products, but I really don't feel valued as a customer.

I came across this site and was specifically interested in the magnesium supplement and decided to also order the enzymes and I love both products and how I feel. I will be reordering

To be 100% honest, I cannot be sure of this is actually helping my chronic insomnia (which is the main reason I tried it) because I seem to cycle multiple times throughout the year; decent sleep for a few weeks, no sleep for weeks. I can, however, say that I've taken this magnesium supplement consistently now for nearly six months, and I HAVE been sleeping better than before I started it. I also tend to think it may be helping with my clarity of mind, too.

It is a good product. I take it to help me sleep better. I have not noticed improvement after 2 months but will continue taking them.
