"The current device does not support Passkey, please try again after changing your device." Nice joke. Pixel 9 pro. Not supporting passkey while it works in mexc or BYBIT. I strongly not recommend using this bingx thing, they don't know security
Edit: it even struggles with kyc verification. I literally had to use their web version because on app it was always failing. If you are using sumsub then it's your own issue, so I will blame you, not sumsub

the exchange is complete sh*t. even worse than coinw. registered, passed the formal kyc. everything seemed to be fine, but!! as soon as I turned on the vpn, they immediately blocked trading and depositing coins. like you are from a region that we do not service, pass kyc to unblock trading and depositing. how kyc will help trade in a region that they do not service, these clowns did not specify. another bunch of mommy strategists are forcing you to pass kyc. but you can withdraw, like. well, I decided not to deal with them anymore and to withdraw everything since they are like that... submitted withdrawal requests. and they have been holding them in the "confirmation" state for several days now. no one there is going to release my funds. support simply ignores all messages and that's it. I advise you not to have any dealings with such exchanges. they will steal your money sooner or later anyway

Hororible Customer Service and Silencing Complaints

I was trying to trade using API and found out that my trade latency was around 300 ms from my server in SEA Region. Therefore I need to know BingX server region to reduce this latency.

Then I asked BingX telegram group, no one knew where's BingX api server region (shady). Then the admin referred me to customer service email address.

I made ticket #302631 for this enquiry and the specialist referred me to swap_support@*****.com.

After 3 days no reply, I complained this on telegram group and the admin @RAZIEN removed all my messages and kicked me out the group! He said that I'm trying to accessing from region that BingX not servicing.

JUST BECAUSE IM USING SINGAPORE SERVER. DOESN'T MEAN I'M SINGAPORE. HE ASSUMED THAT I AM SINGAPOREAN. I EVEN CAN SETUP MY SERVER ELSEWHERE, LIKE HONGKONG.

Can you imagine you got blocked and kicked out just simply asking for API assistance? What happened if the BingX take your money and just blocked you?

I decided not to use any of BingX service anymore. Because a simple complain can be removed easily in telegram group. I'm not feeling comfortable with this.

I bet they will dismiss this complain by saying: "We are not servicing you because you are in xxx region."

I requested for the withdrawal of all my asset. They asked me to send them some documents and 40% tax amount to profit. So I paid them 5555 as tax in their wallet. SCAM Exchange, the September 2024 hack was staged and $40 million was stolen by BingX themselves!
Do not use this exchange, your money is not safe at all. No wonder they can pay a Chelsey sponsor deal if you steal from your own customers and tell everyone you’re hacked.

I made a bot that is winning on Bitget and losing on bingx. How come ? Bingx plays against you. This is ridiculous. Lost 25k with bingx. Limit order never gets executed , they will make everything to make sure you execute at market orders with enormous fees. STAY AWAY from this broker.

I liquidated my crypto assets on Beyond…

I liquidated my crypto assets on Beyond Standard to Bing, I have been unable to withdraw my coins. BingX constantly requests authentication from Google authenticators.
However, the authenticator was never implemented.
Authenticator cannot be installed either.
The worst thing you can think of is support.
Never assist and support KI. This website appears to be a fraud.

BingX is not a safe platform

BingX experienced a significant security breach resulting in a loss of $300,000 from the chart with Koko. Although the developer intervened promptly to buy back the lost amount in an attempt to stabilize the project, no reimbursement or compensation has been provided to affected parties by BingX. Given that the breach originated due to vulnerabilities on BingX side, their failure to take full responsibility or provide restitution is both unacceptable and indicative of potential negligence. This lack of accountability raises serious concerns regarding their security measures and commitment to safeguarding stakeholder interests.

Lost 3/4 of my entire portfolio until I forced stopped it.
Don't invest here it will only give you stress and poverty.
I'm sure that there is something going on in the background that we can't see..
Support consists of a bot that looks for excuses NOT to connect you to anyone, then it cuts off when you corner it.
