More than a month has passed since my account was frozen, yet I still can’t withdraw funds, I’ve received zero specific explanation, and support is completely ignoring me.

I was using BingX but on March 11, 2026, I suddenly became unable to make a withdrawal request (2,200 USDT), and my account was frozen on March 12. Support instructed me to contact the Risk Control Team (RC Team ) and I have been sending emails every few days since March 15. However, I have received no response whatsoever. I have repeatedly asked the support team (including multiple agents such as Clover, Saxa, Renee, and Amy) to escalate the issue, but I only receive the following responses: “We have forwarded this to the RC Team”
“We should have sent a reply on April 2 or 3 (which I never received)”
“Please wait a little longer”

I have checked my inbox, spam folder, and trash folder thoroughly, but I have not received a single email from the RC Team. I have submitted screenshots, but the situation remains unchanged. While they cite “Section 8.3 of the Terms of Service (Prohibited Trading Activities)” as the basis for the freeze, they have not specified any details regarding the violation (which trade ID, what date and time, or what exactly constitutes the violation) nor provided any justification for the balance adjustment prior to the freeze. Over a month has passed since our initial correspondence began on March 14, yet there has been zero progress. I am still unable to withdraw even 2,200 USDT, and my access remains restricted. As a user, I find this complete lack of accountability, disregard for my inquiries, and the continued freezing of my funds completely unacceptable. I have repeatedly stated that I am ready to submit the required documents at any time, but my requests continue to be ignored. If you are planning to use BingX, please be especially cautious regarding withdrawals. There is a risk that your funds could remain locked while customer support fails to function.

Fake charts and rates, ponzi fake

Fake charts and rates. We've tried three times with my friends - and everyone got absolutely different charts on same pair and same amount. But everytime it goes into "liq"
Looks like they got removed from any app stores, so stay away from this scam.

Scam in p2p

I am a verified seller on BingX P2P who has been waiting 8 months without resolution. Order ID: 1476415863127400455 — I sold 150 USDT for ₽12,736.5 RUB on August 22, 2025. The buyer (Gandi_358) used multiple third-party bank accounts to send fragmented payments — a clear AML violation. BingX closed my appeal without releasing my funds or providing justice. My bank account was permanently closed due to these suspicious transactions. BingX compliance team refuses to act despite clear evidence of fraud. I am demanding immediate escalation. This platform failed to protect an honest seller. Avoid BingX P2P if you value your funds.

FRAUD ALERT: Asset Seizure & Human Rights Violation

BingX (HODL TECH OÜ) is stealing user funds! They seized my profits and closed my account (UID: 34628903) without evidence while I am in a CRITICAL MEDICAL EMERGENCY. They are using 'Section 8.3' to embezzle money and cover up their app glitches that caused me massive losses. Criminal reports have been filed with the Estonian Police. STAY AWAY! They have no ethics.

UPDATE 24 MARCH: Still no resolution. BingX has failed to return my capital within the promised 24-hour window (Ticket #1052874). They are ignoring official inquiries from the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and CoinMarketCap investigation (Ticket #1346888). This is now a confirmed case of asset withholding. I will NOT stop until my funds are released. Potential investors: BEWARE of their 'Section 8.3' tactics.

BingX Freezes Funds After KYC

My account on BingX was suddenly restricted, and my funds were frozen without any clear explanation.

I was required to complete an extensive KYC/AML verification process, including submitting personal documents, proof of address, and a video confirmation. I fully complied with all requirements.

After that, I received confirmation that my documents were successfully received and are under review (3–5 business days). Additionally, I was asked to provide detailed information about the source of my funds and a written explanation of my trading strategy and profit logic.

Despite full compliance, my funds remain inaccessible, and support responses are generic and lack transparency or clear timelines.

This raises serious concerns about how BingX handles user funds and compliance procedures. Freezing funds while continuously requesting additional information without clear communication is unacceptable.

If this issue is not resolved soon, I will continue to escalate this case across public platforms.

Account frozen immediately after 2-month hold turns profitable

Held BEAT position since January 2025 through 80%+ drawdown. Account was fully functional during entire decline period.

Upon price recovery and unrealized gains appearing, account was frozen without prior notice. Compliance team requests 10-30 day review timeline.

My experience with BingX raises serious concerns about transparency and user treatment.

My account was permanently banned under “Section 8.3” with no detailed explanation. I made several attempts to contact support and requested specific information about the alleged violation, including trades or activity that triggered the restriction. Unfortunately, every response I received was generic and did not address my questions.

This approach leaves users completely in the dark. When an account is restricted without clear justification, there is no way to verify, correct, or even understand what went wrong.

While I was able to withdraw my funds, the overall handling of the situation was disappointing. A financial platform should provide clear communication and accountability, especially when taking irreversible actions.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise caution. The lack of transparency and meaningful support is a significant issue.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on BingX.

My account was suddenly and permanently suspended under “Section 8.3 – Prohibited Trading Activities” without any specific explanation. Despite multiple attempts to contact support and request clarification, I only received repeated generic responses referencing their Terms of Service, with no details about what I allegedly did wrong.

I have always used the platform in good faith and never knowingly violated any rules. What is most concerning is the complete lack of transparency — no trade history, behavior, or evidence was provided to justify such a serious action.

While I was eventually able to withdraw my funds, the situation raises serious concerns about how users are treated. An account can be terminated at any time without explanation, and support appears unwilling to properly investigate or communicate.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform. If your account is flagged, you may receive no clear reason or opportunity to resolve the issue.

A platform handling users’ funds should be transparent, accountable, and responsive — unfortunately, this was not my experience with BingX.

Review: BingX support officially admitted that my liquidation at 71,188 "did not pass through the matching engine" and "is not listed on the charts." This is Ghost Pricing and unfair execution. At that exact second, Binance was at 70,915. BingX had a $273 (0.38%) discrepancy! I demand a Goodwill Refund of my 39.98 USDT margin now. I am escalating this to FINTRAC (Canada) regarding their MSB license integrity.

Unauthorized trades with NO suspicious logins - Funds gone!

I used to trust BingX, but my recent experience has been an absolute nightmare. A significant amount of my funds was lost due to unauthorized trades that I absolutely did not place.
The most alarming part? I thoroughly checked my account security center and login activities, and there are ZERO unrecognized logins, devices, or IPs. I have never shared my password, and my 2FA was always active. Since nobody accessed my account from the outside, this clearly indicates a serious security flaw, bug, or internal glitch on BingX's own platform.
When I contacted their customer support, they were completely unhelpful. Instead of investigating their own system logs, they just gave me automated replies saying the trades came from a "verified session" and refused to reverse the funds without "evidence of account compromise." How can I provide evidence of an outside login when the flaw is within their own system?
They are refusing to take responsibility for their platform's vulnerabilities. Please be very careful and think twice before keeping your hard-earned money on BingX. If a system glitch wipes out your funds, they will just wash their hands of it and won't help you.

worst experience I've ever had with an exchange

This was the worst experience I've ever had with an exchange. I registered, completed KYC, deposited 101 USDT into my account, and received some vouchers. I used one voucher, but the next day they froze my account for “violating voucher usage rules” and deducted 1 USDT for “unauthorized income”—even though there was NO income. I topped up 101 USDT myself; they took one dollar, leaving 100.
Now, to unblock my account, I practically have to dance with my passport in front of the camera, even though I completed KYC immediately after registration. Plus, they don’t accept video files on Google Drive, and Gmail doesn’t allow sending files larger than 25 MB any other way, so I have to learn video editing software. Why can’t they accept files on their own server? If there are such restrictions, why are they forcing users to go through so many extra steps?
I’m very glad I only deposited a small amount; this exchange’s actions seem like a scam (they took my dollar for nothing)—who knows how much they would have taken from $100k?
I’ve been trading on various exchanges for over 10 years and have never experienced such problems; I wouldn’t recommend this exchange to anyone!
