Aside from the high fees, the app is unnecessarily complex. Not only does it lack customer support, but it's difficult to navigate the app and find what you're looking for. It doesn't deserve all the popularity and I wouldn't trade crypto on this exchange even if they paid me.

I joined Binance Earn with the promise of 200% profit in 7 days. In reality, there has been no profit at all, only significant financial losses.

My funds were taken to operate the currency and fill the order book for other traders, while I suffered real losses. I even used this money for personal expenses and ended up losing it all.

This offer is extremely misleading, and the advertised returns do not match reality. I want to warn other users: be very careful before trusting such high-return promotions.

I have registered a formal complaint (CC8956547) and am still awaiting resolution.

I had a bad experience with this company because they refused to pay my withdrawal, and their support has been ignoring my messages. But #Crop Mines.....has been the best alternative that assures good returns

The app is not that bad I haven't got any problem yet, will see further.

I had a minor issue with my identity verification last week, so i contacted their support i was surprised by how quickly they responded the agent was patient and guided me through the steps until everything was sorted great to see a platform that actually cares about its users

Interesting experience with Binance Earn and USDC.

I add about 0.03 USDC per day, but somehow my balance keeps decreasing.
Every two days I’m missing around 0.05 USDC.

A stablecoin in Earn is supposed to be stable and transparent, right?

With millions of users, even 0.01 USDC disappearing here and there becomes a lot of money.

Maybe it’s time for more transparency about how balances are calculated.

I put all my USDC into Earn.
I earn 0.01 USDC per day, and every day I add the 0.03 USDC I collect.

Yet my balance always decreases and never grows.

Last night I had €94.
However, my funds were in Earn, so there should be no risk since USDC is a stablecoin.

This morning I only have €93.85.

Do you think this is normal?
They steal a little each time, and if no one says anything, imagine how much they make.

Think about it: if they take 0.01 USDC from every user, with the number of users they have, imagine how much they earn.

This morning I withdrew my money.
The withdrawal was taking time.

I sent them a message saying:
“Every day I add 0.01 USDC, and every day you steal 0.01 USDC from me.”

I just made a withdrawal and it hasn’t arrived yet.
If I don’t receive my money, you will hear from me through legal action.

The money was transferred immediately afterwards.

So much things need to be improve but not so bad

Update: Binance replied to my review asking for my case ID(s). I have contacted support multiple times over the past 90+ days, so there are several case IDs related to this issue:

Case IDs: 158011292, 157293595, 156388962,155214347, 154460968, 153652016,153006044. As mentioned earlier, my trading functions were suddenly disabled and I was informed there is an “ongoing inquiry,” but no explanation or timeline has been provided. Initially I was told the review would take about 30 days, but it has now been more than three months.

I have always used my verified account from my registered device and normal location, and there has been no unusual activity from my side.

I would appreciate if Binance could review these cases together and provide a clear update and resolution.

A reliable platform for buying and trading crypto. Binance provides many features like spot trading, futures, and staking, though beginners may need time to understand all the tools.But sometimes it is risky because it creates quick fluctuations in the prices.

never ever going to use Binance because my hard earned money got stolen in binance even after I had 2fa, Binance didnt freez my account even after alot of logins and logouts, like I saved 300$ it is so much money in my country and it was just gone in 5 minutes and binance was sleeping, i mean this is up absurd and so much lack of security (EDIT) BTW their customer support is useless the couldnt do anything I contacted them under 24 hours but they were useless without any doubt.

I’m really disappointed with how my recent trade on Binance is being handled. I made payment to the seller for USDT and provided proof of payment, but the seller refused to release the crypto. I opened a dispute and have been waiting for days for a fair resolution.

Now Binance is moving to cancel the trade even though my money is still with the seller. Canceling the order without ensuring the buyer gets their funds back puts me at a serious loss.

I hope Binance reviews this carefully and makes sure the seller either releases the USDT or refunds the payment before canceling the trade. Buyers should not lose their money after completing payment.
