I purchased the Margo Midi Dress from…
I purchased the Margo Midi Dress from Billy J Boutique for £49. The photos made it look amazing and like it was made from good quality fabric. But when it arrived, the material was cheap and flimsy with some loose threads, nothing like what I expected based on the pictures.
I contacted the seller asking for a refund, but they refused and only offered store credit which I did not want.
I have now reported the issue to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) as I believe the product description and images are misleading.
I would advise potential buyers to be cautious.
