I purchased 4 tickets for Cem Adrian’s concert in IF hall beşiktaş, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my trip to Istanbul, and I asked for a refund. They replied to my email after an hour or two, and they informed me that I will get my money within 10 days.. I got my money back after 2 days. Thank you so much

3 days ago, i bought 3 tickets for a theatre. Because my wife's illness i mailed to biletix to cancel my tickets and give back my money. The reason I gave was not among the ticket refund conditions.
But biletix, turned me immediately (about 10 min) to refund my money. Thank you !! You are the best ! And i had never seen that kind of customer support with mail adress. You no need for call center

Biletix found a way out to problem :)
Yesterday ı bought two tickets via biletix for a concert. While ı was buying the ticket, the site said there's a problem try again. But the money had already been withdrawn. But there wasnt the second ticket in my biletix account. I send a mail in which I told the situation and they respond me and found a solution immediately. Im happy ı will buy it now again. Thanks biletix :)
