Communication was not the best, but the result was above expectations
My ortlieb pannier had a big hole in the bottom that needed to be fixed. BikeToyz stated that the fix would not be perfect, so they proposed selling a new pair of panniers from ortlieb at a 40% discount. Today I got the new panniers and the old with the "improvised fix". I was astonished by the quality of the repair on the old pannier. Yes, the pannier is not 100% water prof, but it is in an excellent state and it is definitely usable as a normal pannier.
I am not giving 5 stars, because the communication could have been better. Sometimes it took me sending the same email 2, 3 times to get an answer. But once we got on the phone the employee was understanding, apologized and dealt with the situation at a very satisfying level.
