They are kind and quick. They worked on my bakfiets and completed it within the day. Dutch is my second language but they were able to help me either way. I would recommend to anyone with a bakfiets

We bought our Urban arrow there, and based on the purchase experience and the support to meet all of our requirements, we will highly recommend their services. Besides during our first service (included on the purchase) they were extremely flexible and provide extra services with no cost! Great tram, with high quality delivery!

Found the perfect bicycle.
I was given a free test ride and afterwards some coffee to discuss my use case.
Everything was in place when I picked up my bicycle, from added accessories to insurance and a maintenance plan.
Can't ask for better.

They do good customer service but I did…
They do good customer service but I did think I was talked to like I was stupid. He was trying to be funny.
Also, the cover over the chain was in the side saddle, but it was forgotten to be put back on. I did not notice it until I was home, so had to bike over again on Tuesday. It takes 1/2 hour. While I was waiting on Tuesday he yelled at the mechanic guy because he looked in the wrong side of the side saddle, there are 2 pockets to look in. The mechanic guy did point that out, or I would have!

Thorough and efficient e-bike service
They are always quick and very thorough with repairs. Even small things I bring to their attention are addressed and fixed. The bike rides smoother after the service. Everything is very efficient and easy to work into the school drop-off and pick-ip schedule.
