Domt buy off these people send wrong item then demand you to pay for the return for their wrong order.

Bought a 40L top box.
Was told bike fitting came included, which was not not the case (!) Bike Luggage sent out a interface plate ( to suit my bike) for no extra cost, at their expense.
Its always refreshing to deal with a professional, customer-centric company.
Very rapid processing & professional delivery service.
Good product, suits the bike and genuinely doubles-up as hand luggage.
I'll be buying the side luggage next, as their competitors offerings simply fail to suit a modern road bike like mine.

Ordered a rack for my bike, it didn’t fit, explained to them and sent photos but they still insisted I was wrong, and then become abrasive when I asked for a refund.

Prompt, trustworthy, excellent communication. Ordered a luggage kit from Bike Luggage, and it arrived next day. Excellent and prompt delivery. When I discovered that I had ordered the wrong part, they answered my email immediately, and provided a return address and clear instructions. They refunded me very promptly, and I’m delighted with their highly professional service!

Very helpful advice on the phone, competitive price and fast delivery from DPD. I normally buy everything online these days but being able to speak to someone and check, then order on the phone, was really useful.

Limitations on luggage rack and top box mount sizes very confusing if you aren't familiar with top box item IDs. very expensive to return and swap out for an appropriate one.
