Although I was a bit skeptical at first, the buying process went very smooth, from searching, communication with the seller, purchasing, delivering a big box that protects the bike very well to the seller (seller kept me up to date on the progress, which was a big plus of course), international transport to me and finalizing the sale. Bike arrived without any issues in a short time, from clicking the buy button to arrival in 10 days if I remember correctly, Italy to Netherlands.

It was great experience. It was my first time buying bike online via that platform. Money is secured until I didn't receive bike. Bikeflip sent box to seller that is design for maximal bike protection during transport, it looks great. If shipping/secure cost will be lower it will be great
