Do not buy from this website, i made an order more than a month ago and after a week waiting they send me an email saying the bike i order is out of stock ( but funny part is they still have it on their website) i asked them to cancel my order and thill today they always come with a new excuse its been more thant a month ive been asking them to cancel my order and they come with new excuses every time .

I received my bike today. I'm very happy with the purchase. I would have attached photos, but I didn't know how to do so. They contacted me and offered solutions. They also delivered the bike on the agreed-upon day.

Ive ordered and paid full price €384 for a popal bike for my daughter on 14 Feb 2025. The bike was out of stock and bike2bike has NOT returned my money !!!!! I’ve received emails saying they’re making the return transfer!!!! BE CAREFUL !!!!!

Terrible company. They don’t answer, they won’t send the bike. I assume that it will also be very difficult to take the money back from them.
The website states next day delivery. nothing has been sent. Then it turns out delivery within 5 working days. And then they stop responding to any messages.

I ordered and paid for a girls' bike and after waiting for 3 days they siad we don't have this bike.
The offered me a 50% discount to buy another bike and I accepted that. They bring thd bike one week later but they refused to pay me back the rest of my money.
They said we meant 50% discount in the cost of delivering the bike.

It is a commercial fraud.

I will report about that.
