I received my Altec Sapphire e-bike over two weeks ago, but the charger was missing. The bike was simply left at my door without the essential accessory needed to use it.
I have sent two emails and still have not received any response. This is very disappointing customer service.
I buy a bike size 18 inch for my son birthday and i recive components of 16 inch and i can install.i send them many emails with pictures,i do not found phone to call them.
This is not posible.

Takes way to long to get bike send to my address, even after date was set that dilivery will be send in 2 days, still can' t be delivered on time, who nows when the bike will arrive.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that your order was placed on the 24th, and we shipped your bike on time. The delivery is still within the timeframe clearly stated on our website. Unfortunately, the transport company has experienced delays, which can happen. We have already been in contact with you by email, and you can rest assured that your bike will be delivered properly.
I purchased my Dahon Mariner D8 from this seller, and the experience was excellent, delivery was prompt, the bike arrived fully assembled, and everything went smoothly.
Note for Dahon buyers: the stock Dahon-branded tires aren’t the best in terms of quality, so I’d recommend replacing them early on for a better riding experience.
