After trying to change my shipping to…
After trying to change my shipping to express without success, the delivery time for a normal shipping is between 7 and 9 days. After 10 days still no delivery and the status is dead since 20th April. That's why I always ship express. The 9 days policy to deliver is wrong again.

The selection and price level are great…
The selection and price level are great and the products are shipped quickly. Unfortunately, orders come via DHL and the only delivery option is home delivery without a time window, which does not work at all.
DHL also says that the delivery cannot be directed to a pickup point, but at the request of bike24, the only pickup point is the DHL terminal, which is located an hour away from my home.

No APPLE Pay, it is a must.
Also tokenization is best practice for next purchases.
Shouldn't charge delivery costs for goods over €100!

Impossible to collect
Update: Finally picked up the package after receiving a message from the Norwegian post company (Posten) - not DHL as Bike24 said in their message. So, all good - but unneccesarry hassle.
I received an email yesterday that I could pick up my package at the pickup point. I just have to contact dhl Germany. I live i Norway. I will not go to Germany to pick up my package. Without a DHL tracking number also???? DHL should send me a mail or sms, which they have not. For now this looks like a scam. Please enlighten me! Regards Ole Jacobsen

The product and the purchase process were perfect, but the delivery was terrible. The delivery date changed from the 22nd to the 23rd, and instead of delivering to my address, the courier sent the package directly to a pickup point without even trying. Very disappointing delivery service.
