In my opinion the best staff is John and silvana,only people I would wanna speak to next time I call might be worth asking for these names next time you need something done fast and quick

John Ford at East Anglia was fantastic, we ran into a bit of trouble with miscommunication between the finance company and BigMoto but John got it sorted quickly, and while we were waiting he kept us entertained with his stories and memories. I had travelled from Nottingham to Great Yarmouth to collect the bike and he made sure my trip was worth it instead of turning me away, helping me to leave with the bike despite the initial admin problems. Understandably he stuck to the rules, not letting me have the bike until he had confirmation it was paid for from head office instead of trusting my word, but did so in a way that made me feel like he was protecting me from having to return the bike later.

Much appreciated to John and I'm sorry that I took up so much time causing him to miss a sale! But definitely a credit to the East Anglia staff

Fantastic service from Michael, he got my new bike ready in record time so I could take it to the Isle of Man. Really pleased with the bike.

Sold my bike to BigMoto. Value offered was slightly better than some of the other traders. Service was good, they arranged for collection for my preferred day, the person picking up the bike was very professional, all done in ca. 30min. Payment for the bike was instantly done, with confirmation of details via phone directly with BigMoto, all very transparent, no issues with that either. Good experience overall.

Took a big hit on selling my just two year old low mileage Himalayan 450, as I knew I would, but BigMoto offered the best price I found amongst 4 buy-any-bike firms, the process was seamless, the inspection fair the money was instantly transferred, and the bike taken away from my home with no fuss. A very smooth and professional transaction.

They offered what I felt was a fair price for my Yamaha MT07 (and almost 10% more than SuperBike Factory). They subcontracted collection to s O s Motorcycle Recovery. Communication was excellent throughout and they arrived at the arranged time. Bike inspection was reasonably thorough, but it had only done 1,800 miles in 10 years so was pretty much 'as new'. No attempt at chipping the price, and the money was in my account before the bike was loaded onto the van.

Yes I could have got a little more selling privately, but really not worth dealing with the messers. Highly recommend Bigmoto.

Everything has been really well took about 4 days from start to pickup communication was excellent offer was good would have liked a touch more better than the rest but fair and thats ok.why did I sell this way yes you accept a lower price but you get the security what do I mean by that it's not a nice world out there when selling private you don't know who's turning up is it to buy or to look at security is the bike nikable your home security not saying ther aren't good people there is but to me thats were big moto was great they take all that away you send pictures fill in the paper work they turn up check everything is ok what you said is correct payment is sent to your bank sorted no stress no messing about thanks great service you accept a bit less money but a lot less stress and aggravation. Worked for me thank to all bigmoto

I recently purchased a motorbike from BigMoto after one of my family members recommended them, as he had already bought a couple of bikes from there himself. He told me their customer service was amazing, and he definitely wasn’t wrong.
From the beginning, I was dealing with Clare, who was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. As this was my first big purchase like this, I had loads of questions, but Clare took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. After around three weeks of thinking things through and speaking with her, I finally decided to go ahead with the purchase.
The whole buying process was smooth and straightforward, with everything explained properly step by step. After purchasing the bike, I was then in contact with Martina, one of the managers, and honestly she was outstanding from start to finish.
Martina was not only extremely responsive and helpful, but you could immediately tell she genuinely knows bikes inside out. No matter what I asked her, whether it was about the bike itself, paperwork, delivery, or part exchange, she always had the answer straight away and explained everything clearly and confidently. It really gave me peace of mind knowing I was dealing with someone so knowledgeable and experienced.
What impressed me most was how much effort she put into making sure everything went perfectly. I was also trading in one of my bikes, and they gave me an extremely good price for it, which I was very happy with. Martina handled the whole process professionally and made it completely stress free. She also organised delivery of my new bike and managed to get it delivered the day before I went on holiday, which was perfect timing and showed how much she genuinely cared about customer satisfaction.
The bike arrived exactly as described, and I took it on a 100 mile ride over the Bank Holiday Monday weekend and it performed perfectly with no issues at all.
A huge thank you to BigMoto, Clare, and especially Martina for making this such a positive experience. It’s rare these days to find customer service at this level combined with genuine knowledge and passion for motorbikes. I’ll definitely be purchasing more bikes from them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a bike.

Messed me around after making me an offer and wasted my time taking photos of my bike and filling out forms online and then they tell me their not looking for my type of bike at the moment, well why make me an offer and get me to take photos and everything then, won’t waste my time with them next time…their reply mentions the condition being the reason they said they weren’t looking for the type of bike I was selling but that’s just a standard cop out and what I would expect from this company, if anyone would like pics of the very good condition of my bike they are welcome so they can judge these time wasters for what they are…

I have always either traded in or sold privately, but I was curious and the whole process was extremely straightforward. Agreed price and 24 hrs later the bike was professionally collected, finance paid off and money in the bank. 5 stars

Baz was very helpful in helping me choose a bike, as was John in dealing with some paperwork. Amy did the handover that went very smoothly when I picked the bike up. The sales team are very friendly and helpful, and the bikes are reasonably priced in my opinion. Their used bikes are all very good quality, no rubbish. I would certainly return to Bigmoto if I was looking for another Bike.

Really great experience from start to finish. Received a provisional offer on the Saturday which I accepted , and then it was collected the next day, where after the nice chap who arrived to pick it up made his phone call was confirmed as the price they’d pay. Communications throughout process were great. Offer was the highest of 3 I received. If I was selling a bike this way again, I’d definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Great experience using BigMoto to purchase my motorbike. Communication could have been slightly better in terms of collection date and time, but it eventually worked. Person who collected the bike was knowledgeable and friendly and made a genuine difference - a credit to the organisation. Payment was prompt too. Would definitely use again.

Very good the bike i bought was serviced ready for collection ,the staff had cleaned it ready for when I got there Amy Wilkins sorted everything out for me all good

I returned to biking after quite a long break and bought a brand new Daytona from a Triumph dealership. Loved the bike but then, after only a couple of weeks, I got a diagnosis that meant biking wasn’t for me. That meant I needed to sell the Daytona, so I checked the dealer who I bought from, as well as other online buyers, including BigMoto. My Triumph dealership clearly saw an opportunity to milk a customer, and offered a derisory sum for a bike which was effectively brand new. Other online buyers improved upon that but BigMoto beat all of them, comfortably. I was able to arrange collection easily and the money was in my account within minutes. It was quite an emotional thing for me but BigMoto made everything simple.

Just sold my bike to Bigmoto and couldn’t be happier with the process. Might have been able to get a bit more selling private but didn’t really want the hassle of dealing with numerous enquiries and purchaser questions. Price I got from Bigmoto was same as I’d been offered by a couple of dealerships as a trade in value. Really straightforward process and money was in my account before the bike was taken away. Collection was simple and driver turned up on time, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the process. It saved me having to take the bike to different dealerships to get a trade in value and now I can choose a replacement bike at my own leisure.
