I wrote an honest assessment of my bike being a custom cruiser and a uniquely painted variant 1 of only 15 made by Triumph. I detailed everything including after market parts. I received an offer. I added photos as requested. I even added bank details. When it came to arranging collection I was emailed to say they wouldn't buy the bike. Data collection addicts. Really annoying. I was honest and expected them to be upfront and honest as well. Why ask me to crunch all the data add bank details and photos and 15 minutes of data without a 100% commitment? Very poor experience. Shame as I might have bought an alternative bike from them.

On contact with Big Moto regarding selling my late brothers motorbike I found everyone I dealy with very profesional and a very fair provisional offer was made.
Jason who carried out the pickup was also very profesional and it was a pleasure to meet him. Overall from start of process to the end of process was excellent.

Ellis was a great help with the process and chasing up finance company’s for me to get me the best APR rates. Couldn’t ask for a better experience cheers guys.

I don't know why I was expecting the worst but I really didn't need to worry, they delivered the very best service. They sent me an offer, a very decent offer which was the price I was hoping for, and they stuck to it.
I think their communication is spot on as well.
The collection went smoothly too.

Tom helped me pick the bike I wanted. He helped tailor the entire experience with his own experience to my circumstance. He was massively helpful & I’m very happy with my purchase.

The whole process was quick, smooth and pleasantly efficient. The collection driver was on time, courteous and knowledgeable, the sales office staff was easy to talk to and everything was sorted out in about 30 minutes.
Valuation was fair and payment quick and fuss free.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Clare provided detailed videos and comprehensive information about the bike, and the financing process—from application to signing—was seamless. Everything was explained clearly and in straightforward terms. I’m very pleased with the service I received and look forward to the delivery of my bike.

Absolutely Great experience with Bigmoto,From start to finish my application for a bike was smooth,Ellis and Katie were amazing friendly and informative and returned my calls when querying about the motorcycle and going through the figures again for the finance through first response,Ellis informed me about a tracker for the bike and extended warranty which I signed up and paid for also the bike will be checked over properly before being delivered to my home address and tracker fitted,Many thanks Ellis and Katie and all at Bigmoto and First response finance!!! 😀

Brought a Kawasaki from Dudley store and the service was excellent. Dealt with Katie and nothing was a problem, communication was great, everything explained and bike also superb. Highly recommend.

I was the only customer in the shop today, walked around and every bike i was interested in was dirty, i was waiting for a member of staff to approach buy not one came and asked if they could assist, two staff members were eating food on the shop floor, they looked at me then just looked away and carried on eating. the rest of the staff where either stod or sitting behind the counter, a couple looked up at me yet again no one interested in seeing if i need any help. Most of the bikes have no tickets on so you have to search the internet to find the prices. after 20 minutes of walking round in circles and leaning up against steel posts searching the internet i walked out. Just sold my bike privately so cash in the bank and ready to spend but i guess not with these people.

Very pleased with the way I was treated very professional and friendly from start to finish.

Brought a Vespa GTS in one day.. Katie and Bilal were really helpful and made the process really simple and enjoyable.. fully recommend their process, if my scooter is as good as this process I will be really happy ..
