Great service with quick delivery. The tracking process was a little strange said delivered but wasn’t. Had 2 tracking so was a little confused. But the product arrived safe with no damage.

Usually you all are on top of your shipping …. It’s been two weeks I figured you guys would at least kick for two or three day shipping especially since I’ve spent thousands and order weekly … I think I will order off someone that uses fed x next time .

Never disappointed
I've ordered product s from Big Jeff and I'm never disappointed by their service. The products always come as stated. Their shipping is fast as well. They don't take days to process your order and most items, depending the time you place the order, are shipped the same day. Also, their customer service reps are to notch.

Be warned
Placed two orders one day apart.
1st order was shipped incomplete and apparently one item was “at another warehouse” and would be shipped separately. Still no shipping info on missing item.
2nd order. I placed this order the next day, I get a call saying they were sorry and that this item was actually at another warehouse and would get shipped from there. No shipping update or info.
I’m ok with the first order being shipped out separately or if that item gets canceled so be it.
But the second order just needs to be cancelled and I have been calling and texting with no resolution.
‼️ warning ‼️ I suggest call and get confirmation that the items are in stock at the same “warehouse” and that they will get shipped out together. All this so I could save $20. Should’ve gone with crutchfield or even a local supplier.

I ordered from big Jeff the first order…
I ordered from big Jeff the first order never showed up the second order they didn't send me everything I ordered and sent back. The third order from my original order they made me pay for shipping and didn't even get half my order. I ordered two amps 10 foot of power wire and 20 foot of speaker wire. I literally only got one amp and they said everything was delivered. This place has messed my order up twice and I've been waiting on stuff for two months.
