Would be 5 stars but fir Royal Mail error
Again, a good price for the product.
Delivery would have been great if Royal Mail had got their act together. They sent it 150 miles away from me instead of 150 towards me. So knocked a star off for that, even though it wasn't Big Grass Field fault.

Great customer service, quick delivery and refunds when needed
They went the extra mile with customer service, checking my faulty address before sending out an item. Which I then had to return because I stupidly hadn't read the details properly and order a different item.
Delivery was so quick on both and they processed the refund of my return within 48 hours of me posting it. The product I ended up with is perfect and I would recommend these guys every time if you want some good quality camping kit quickly.
