The lady on the telephone was very helpful.
I haven't yet Received my goods ordered from here yet but it is still early days. The Lady that was on the other end of the phone was very helpful and sent out my goods straight away. but as I live in Germany they take a little longer.

Great customer service from a family owned company
I ordered a VW campervan-themed toiletries caddy from Harlequin Services a couple of weeks ago. The owner sent me a polite email informing me that one of the colour variants of the product I ordered was out of stock. This wasn't an issue for me as I preferred the other version that was still in stock. The caddy arrived promptly within a couple of days. Fantastic comms and customer service. I'm very happy to recommend this company and I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Excellent service

Great service
Great service, part we wanted was a better price than any other site. Item despatched very quickly. I was going to deduct 1 star because the postage was slow but maybe that was royal mail at fault.
Item as described and our caravan fridge is now working again after the part was fitted 👍🏻
