Ordered today at 6.45pm
Ordered today at 6.45pm, 8.45pm came and still no order so I tried calling the takeway only to be greeted by an automated message saying they are closed. Logged in to check my order which showed it was still in the cooking process but also said the restaurant was closed. I used the live chat help section in which they then said they could not help me and could not issue a refund without the restaurants say so and that I would have to call back at 2pm tomorrow to try and get my money back. Disgusting service, I understand the order is not their fault but to tell me they can’t issue a refund even though it clearly shows on the system that the order has not been received and the restaurant is closed is ridiculous

New lotus Chinese take away
First time ordering, I had a menu through the door which was helpful! Made up my order and realised oh no I don’t have cash …but then read we can order online! Easy to use site and the food was so tasty. Food arrived piping hot and in good time .

Over 90mins for delivery
Over 90mins for delivery, when food came I’d paid for stuffed crust and didn’t receive it. Tried calling and repeatedly phone cut off.

Ordered food at 7.58pm and it arrived…
Ordered food at 7.58pm and it arrived less then 15 mins later, it is easily a 10 minutes drive from my home to the takeaway so this clearly indicates that this food was not cooked fresh, god know how long it had been sat keeping warm for! Not impressed with this at all

Appalling service tonight
Appalling service tonight. 2hour 20 minute wait for food that is stone cold. Not a single item was even luke warm! And they had the cheek to say they have given us a discount of £3 on an order that was over £40

Been waiting 3 hours and our food is only now being cooked, wont be using again absolutely terrible customer service as well, after 60 minutes was told our food will be with us in 20 minutes, but like i said after 3 hours its cooking

Disgusting food
Absolutely disgusting food was delivered in a card board box. Was asked for delivery to be made at ten to eight and was recirved at twenty past six. Food was dry and over cooked the food was reheated, the sauce was not what is meant to be will not order from there again.
Order for my 40th wedding anniversary never again. Not happy at all.
