I dealt with Andrew James for some merchandise to give out for our charities anniversary and the service was perfect. Kept me informed every step of the way to help meet our tight deadline and made it an extremely simple and easy experience for someone who's never had to do this before. Can't thank him enough and the products were perfect, fantastic quality and no issues during production 10/10!

From start to finish of getting the order I was very impressed with the service and customer care given to my order. This was quite a special order and our design person had done the high definition graphics and the finished article is amazing. The delivery came very quickly. I would recommend using Ross and his company again.

I was disappointed two days to an event.

My friend had reached out to you, 5 days prior to her event to make sourvenirs available. You went mute all along, no feedback just to later say you're sorry.

Trust them at your own peril. Absolute shocking experience with them disappointed my sister two days to the event after she had already paid and they are very unresponsive.

2days to the event they emailed us an apology.
