Ross has always provided excellent support when working with Big Bear Promo. He responds promptly, is professional and friendly, and has great product knowledge. He always makes the ordering process as smooth and easy as possible.

We ordered some customised items via big bear promo for a business activation/launch. We had indicated the approximate time frame we would need this for and were reassured this would be no issue, and also expected this to be fine as the lead time on the website was well within the lead time.
The order was then confirmed to be scheduled for delivery much later than originally expected - only after I had chased for updates. I was reassured this revised date would be improved upon, and then never heard back (the person was on holiday and there was clearly no handover). I continued to chase and was then confirmed the new date (6th May, still around 2 weeks after we had expected delivery) would be the best that they could do.
I then discovered (after again chasing, this time for the tracking information) that it was scheduled for delivery on 8th of May - a further delay with no explanation nor proactive communcations.

Extremely poor service, not proactive, and there delivery time frames on their website are completely misleading. This is also by their own admission - given their awareness that these are not accurate, it is quite shocking that they have not decided to simply update them.

Would not recommend.

This company had products that I couldn't find anywhere else. The proof and order process was very straightforward and Andrew James, my customer service rep, was great and very attentive.
