New Bifold Installation
Such great service from the bifold shop! From start to finish, communication has been excellent, both in terms of the order process and arranging installation. No issues whatsoever, order processed on time and installed as planned. The product is excellent quality, smooth action and particularly like the NOTAM integrated blinds - well worth the money! Overall I highly recommend and would purchase again in the future.

First class service from start to finish.
We couldn't be more happy with our Bifold Doors from the Bifold Shop and the service we received. Right from the start at the showroom to help us decide which type of door to go for, the communication throughout the whole process and finally to the fitting on the day. Everyone from the company who has been involved with us have been highly professional and helpful. The guys who fitted the doors were very respectful of our property and worked in a clean and tidy manner. We couldn't be more happy and would have no hesitation in recommending the Bifold Shop.

Origin bifold doors
The Origin bifold doors I ordered look great! They were pricey but you get what you pay for I guess. Many thanks to Zac for guiding us efficiently through the process. He was very helpful when we visited the Bifold Shop premises in Cheltenham and with subsequent follow up questions. If you’re considering purchasing this type of product then I thoroughly recommend a prior visit. I also thought the installation team were very professional.

The whole process was seamless. Glad we visited the showroom as if we hadn't we would not of realised you could get the integrated Venetian blinds! They are brilliant and sealed inside the double glazed unit so no dusting to worry about.
The fitters turned up when we were told they would and completed the job in under half a day.

We had our garden bifold doors installed.
From start to finish, the service was excellent.
They were very helpful and friendly, always there to answer any questions.
The two men installing the doors were very thorough and didn’t take as long as they said it would take in install. We love the doors, completes our new kitchen.

OK until something goes wrong
I made 3 separate orders with Bifoldshop, in total they included Origin Aluminium bifold doors and 6 Origin Aluminium windows. Early orders were all OK and delivered on time, and they helped with some complaints I had with Origin. On the last order the window was delivered by Origin directly (as usual) but the glass unit supplied by Bifoldshop was delayed because of staff sickness.
After that I was given 4 different dates for delivery, all missed with a variety of excuses. I was promised a good-will gesture of an M&S voucher at least three times, but it was never sent. They are quick with promises, but they are empty.
In the end I drove the 3 hour round trip to collect the glass myself as I had no faith they would finally deliver, and have been chasing for over a month to have their delivery charges refunded. I also raised a formal complaint, because it was clear I was right at the bottom of the list as far as fulfilling the delivery was concerned, but that complaint has been totally ignored.
I suspect you will have an OK experience so long as they don't have some kind of logistic or staff trouble, but if they do then expect to experience delays, excuses and little attention.

We are a small family run business, so feedback is useful to us, and although negative reviews can be very damaging, at least gives you a chance to air your thoughts on us.
Firstly, we apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your last order. We understand how frustrating delays can be and regret any disruption this may have caused to your schedule.
We would like to clarify a few points regarding your experience:
- We provided three delivery dates, not four. Before the third date, you called us to arrange to pick up the glazing yourself. This was done by a phone call from yourself to our customer service manager, and the conversation seemed nothing but polite and positive, so we're a little shocked this was a reason for reviewing us poorly.
- The delays were due to unforeseen staff sickness and a van issue, which we communicated to you at the time. These were exceptional circumstances and not reflective of our usual service standards.
- The first two orders you placed with us were delivered on time and without issue (except a manufacturing fault) which we believe demonstrates our commitment to timely and efficient service.
- Regarding the M&S voucher, we sincerely apologise for the oversight. This is exactly what it was, just an oversight.
We are sorry to hear that this experience has affected your perception of our company. We have many other reviews that reflect our dedication to high-quality service and timely deliveries, but unfortunately on your third order, this was not the case.
Your feedback is being reviewed by management, and we will make sure to discuss where we could improve for future customers.

First time using this company. Had a supply only. All good but video of how to fit was for old type so no details of fitting beading and had couple of spare parts not sure where they went. Spoke to them and sent email with photo of parts but no reply.

From quote to installation, everything went smoothly. Polite, informed customer service, good design. Excellent install team that explained how to operate our new bifold doors and left the site as clean and tidy as it was when they arrived. Excellent company and service
From start to finish - from Scott in sales and Craig in surveying via Tina in Customer care to Rich and Paul in installation - we had a great experience with the Bifoldshop. They exceeded our expectations and our new doors were installed within 3 weeks of placing our order. We were kept informed at every stage of the process. Rich and Paul were a delight to have in our house as they fitted our new doors in adverse weather conditions.
We would recommend them without any hesitation.
