Bi-foldshop provides an excellent after installation support. I had my windows installed two years ago. I noticed recently that a screw cover of the window handle is missing. I went to the shop and they provided me two spare covers. It is a good company you can trust their 10 year guarantee service.

From the very first phone call for a quotation to the very end of installation, Bifoldshop have oozed professionalism and A* quality.
I couldn't be happier with the bifolding door and window for my extension, delivered exactly what was discussed and on the date agreed.
I will be giving Scott a call again for further windows for the rest of the house and would hope that Emil and Kris turn up to install again. Sterling job by the fitters, very effecient and attention to detail was phenomenal.

Bifold were our saviours
Bifold were our saviours after our building contractor’s usual supplier let us down on a firm delivery and install date. Two sets of large bifold doors were installed on the target date (only 4 weeks leadtime with non-standard colours AND integral blinds!), by fitters that couldn’t be faulted. Cost was higher than the original supplier but we’re now very pleased to have such a higher quality product fitted.

I cannot recommend Bifold highly enough!
The whole process from initial enquiry through home survey, purchase and the recent fitting of three sets of doors and three windows was highly professional, detailed and seamless.
The fitters who came and installed our doors and windows were OUTSTANDING! Nothing was too much trouble, they were polite, clean and tidy, knowledgeable and simply got on with the job using their own initiative and experience to overcome issues along the way.

Excellent customer service in the shop and good communication from survey to ordering to completion. Workman had to overcome a measurement issue making the job longer and extra work for them but all completed in the day. Dropped one star off because as tidying up was being finished I noticed several stains on interior carpet. The fitter apologised and stated that it was only dust and would hoover up. However when we tried hoovering it did no good. These were proper stains from something and took a good scrubbing with a carpet cleaner to remove. We are planning to redecorate in the new year so carpet is going to be renewed at some time anyway so not a major issue, but should we not be renewing it I would have had to lodge a formal complaint.

Communication was consistently great - from specification, measuring, payment and arranging installation - even when I had unusual requirements and a very specific end product in mind.

I will not even look elsewhere if i ever needed to buy again.

Brilliant customer service from Darren on the phone and by email who helped from day one with getting a quote sent over quickly and helped seal a deal for us.
Surveyor was very friendly and efficient.
All 3 payments made by myself were quickly followed with a receipt which was very reassuring, considering I had not used this company before and was found on social media.
On the day of installation the fitters were fantastic. Very friendly, any mess made was cleared and area was checked for rubbish before they left.
They asked about the finish of our annexe, ensuring they left enough space which showed care and appreciation to our building.
Before they left, they showed me exactly how the door and window opens and shuts and what to expect, and what not to expect, including talking about our guarantee. Great care was taken at this stage, even though they could see I already had an Origin bifold door and window and knew how they worked.
I could see they took pride in their work and Origin products.
I would highly recommend this company, product/brand Origin and fitters to anyone, and if we need to use a window company again, will definitely use this one.
(I unfortunately didn’t catch the fitters names but please pass my thanks onto them, it is very rare to find such hard working and perfection to detail works)

Great customer service and quality
Great customer service, communication and the bi-folds look great! Nigel and Mario were great on the day. They had to adapt due to a size difference but there was no hassle and they found a solution. The end caps were missing but they posted these out the day of fitting. Would definitely use them again.

Great product
Great company, good price, good measuring and installation, good customer service and support, good help.
Their product looks fantastic! Once installed, the 3-door bifold just makes our kitchen like a new space.
One of the external panels was cracked, but they alerted us before and we agreed to have it fit as-is and have them come back a week later to replace the panel. They handled it all very well!
