Ordered two Smart Watches, although packaging indicated the colors I ordered. Both were wrong. Have contacted this company twice received two different "Request numbers" for the same mistake they made. To date no response from them to correct my order. 👎👎

What basically happened is that you have 2 different accounts registered with us using 2 different email addresses. You're logged into the wrong account of course, which is why you can't see your order. Please refer to the email response from our team to find out more details.
As for the message bouncing back, again we received it just fine and without any complications and our team even responded to it.

I bought 3 watches (2x men’s
I bought 3 watches (2x men’s, 1x women’s). The watches are all of very cheap quality and have all come from China. Had I been aware of this, I never would have bid for these watches. I have submitted a complaint to in regard to this matter but am not expecting any corrective action to be taken as a result and am still awaiting a response.

I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed. The promotional video showed a useful security camera,but the actual product was shoddy and did not work, with instructions mainly in Chinese. I have just made my fourth request for a full refund, the first three being totally ignored, and I am hoping for a charge back now. I cannot recommend this dealer at all..

Bidderlo offers a Solid Customer Protection Policy in the form of a 30-day Easy Return policy that will either: 1.) refund the buyer without return needed, 2.) present the buyer with the seller's address to return the item, paying for their own return postage with valid tracking number.

Prices are in $US, and you may not get what you expect. I would not recommend.

I have been more than patient
I have been more than patient! Today makes 45 business days since my order for a set of Bluetooth ear buds was supposedly shipped on what is obviously the slowest boat from China! The tracking system is a joke at best. Save your money and buy from a company that atleast has the item in stock. I thought Wish and Aliexpress were slow but Bidderlo makes their shipping speed looks like Amazon's next day delivery! Never again! I'll pay 3 times the price happily!

Save your money buy american
This site is not worth you saving a dime. You cant get on it first. I found it through fb..first an last mistake I thought this was an american bidding site NOooo.. it isnt.. They are from china. I got the smart watch bid. It took 30 days to get an when I got...the battery would not hold charge.. I ask for my money back an i hope paypal does in fact
Lesson....dont buy foreign unless you know someone who has..not worth wait or money..its a hassle
