I did not receive my order($52.00) . No communication from whoever is scamming people. Don’t understand why they are still on App Store. Stay away.

I ordered three different items and payed for them in full
after 40 days of NOT receiving my items I went to try to contact bidderlo
Meanwhile here it is October and my order was placed and payed in full in JULY
If I had done my research first I NEVER would ordered the first thing
If I don’t get a response within the next couple days I am doing the following
As of October 8th 2020 I am contacting the state Attorney General and filling a complaint and then to my lawyer to see if he will file a class action law suit
The first I have ever filed in my life
All I wanted was the stuff I ordered

Yes, I have the same problems with bidderlo as well! Bad customer service!!

Scam phone numer is fake and email does not exist been trying to get my product or money back I can't even get a hold of anyone in the company total scam

I ordered a watch from them back in October, 2019 and sent it back and I can't get ANYONE to answer me or refund my money. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Save your money. I'm still waiting for three items I ordered 7 months ago. Customer service is non existant. They don't reply. I can6 cancel the orders. My money is gone.

Ordered back in February never got the order and now I can't get any answer as to where it is or when I can get refund. No happy at all...

And just like that Bidderlo shuts down, can't reach them,call them. Lucky for me i used Pay Pal now there dealing with them..

Everyone PLZ put a review on the App Store for this scamming APP!!! Maybe if enough ppl share how horrible this so called shopping app really is, they will be banned altogether... this is the review I just left...

If I could leave less than 1star I would!! I ordered 12 products from these scammers, I received 4.. yet 2 of the items did not work & the other 2 were not as described AT ALL ... now it’s been months & I still have not received the other 8 items I ordered & paid for.. I’ve emailed numerous times, no response... I contacted them via their app & still no response... I tried the “phone” number & it’s a automated voice telling you to email them.. NO REAL customer Sevice...yet I still receive mssgs from the same email address I’ve been emailing announcing their new items up for bid!!! Look at their reviews on trustpilot & you will see the same complaints about how BAD these ppl are.. they should be BANNED & NOT ALLOWED on the APP STORE PERIOD because they are taking advantage of honest hardworking ppl... & by allowing this App to continue to be downloaded you are condoning their behavior as nothing but low down thieves & scammers.. which I’m certain would make you all liable for the money the steal from so many people.. I can only believe any “good” reviews were written by them... PLEASE investigate them & when you find out just how bad they are... PLEASE take them off as a viable true shopping app because they CERTAINLY ARE NOT!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Wouldn't even give them half a star!! Absolute scammers!! I wouldn't bother waisting ur money for absolute crap or to receive nothing, have emailed numerous times with no response or refund!! Better off throwing ur money down the drain!!

Items take forever to ship!! Cheaply made products that may or may not work. Tried to email my dissatisfaction and got no response. Very little descriptions on items as well.

They are not even worth one star in my opinion. I place and order and never received any information as far as what I had ordered and any record of it to top it off. I tried to email them to get help and never a response except their automatic response. I finally received the item about a mount to two months later. The item didn’t work and of course no way to get help. I sent it back like the instructions said on the website and kept pictures and dates. I finally received and email from a David there that want return any email since Christmas (saying that it has been busy and that my refund would be processed shortly) well after several more emails and no responses. It is now February 3rd 2020 and I still don’t have a refund nor a reply as to why they can’t give me answers to why there is such a problem being able to refund my money, when they had no problem sending something out that didn’t work and keeping my money. I hope they get shut down.

I email then quite a few times and they still won't respond back to me they took my money and never mail me my orderI would recommend what you order on theirI order to items one was a watch the other was 3 sets of earbuds I got to watch but earbuds they did not Mail outIt's saying still waiting on shipment I was recommend using a different company

I bid on auction Bidderlo. I received two item with low prices. So I got an account with them. I bid on a smart watch and a WiFi smart camera total together $42.00. For Christmas present for my daughter and grand son. They came and did not work. I email them 4 times with no answer. I keep emailing them 3 more times. They cancelled my account and block me from emailing them. I file a complaint with the BBB. I know I lost my money but the way they treated me after being a good customer. Believe me it’s a good website unless you receive an item that doesn’t work. They don’t want to return your money and will block you from contacting them. They will also delete your account. I found out to late it’s not worth it unless you don’t mind losing your money if you don’t get your order. Or if you want to return an item that’s not working. Never again. They really fooled me.

Terrible experience! No customer service whatsoever.
Finally my order arrives and the dam thing doesn't even switch on. Don't waste your time or money on this site.
They are most definitely rubbish!

Im absolutely disgusted! I bought 2 smart watches at Christmas presents only to discover the company is selling items that DO NOT WORK IN AUSTRALIA! They are falsely selling to Australian public with full knowledge it is a faulty product. I have 2 very upset little kids. My emailskeep bouncing from their contact address.... inbox must be overflowing with complaints.

In response to the reply I received... YES that is the email address I sent it to. What now? I want a full refund or J am reporting to the ACCC

Update on this issue....
Found out I could contact on fb. This man argued with me that I falsely wrote this. Well I have both emails from two email addresses where I have talked to them on at least one. The Last email requesting an a refund if not here before Christmas. No respond to that email. Very rude. Wish I could post pictures of this conversation. I was also told to remove this immediately. Not happening until I see my money back in my account.

I’ll start by saying this is the worst place to order anything from. I ordered two smart watches on December 1, 2019 for Christmas presents. It is now December 19. No tracking number, no watches and the only thing they can say is that they where a popular item. Well if it’s that popular and your that far behind on providing them, then stop selling them. This site is so miss leading that I’ve requested my money back and now they have stopped responding. I will never suggest anyone no matter how good of a deal you think your getting to waste your time or money for this SH!T. To bad I couldn’t give you no stars. Your company sucks and isn’t worth a dime.

I’m sitting here reading your reviews and wished I had read them before I ever got on tour site. Because I never would have. All these people complaining and I am one. You just keep saying you are sorry and to get in touch with your support team. Well that’s damn funny. I’ve been trying for months and I haven’t heard a word from you about me returning some items and not receiveing some items. Which we all know if I hear from you now my thirty days to return the junk is long past due. So what are you gonna tell me. “ sorry and please contact tour support team”

I ordered a smartwatch and it wont even turn on charge or nothing I bought the extra warranty and everything. After emailing back and forth with their support for days about the issue first they wanted pictures then they wanted a video of it not working most places would tell me to send it back and they would send me new one but not this company after I sent the video of it clearly not working now I havent heard a thing for days.

I would like to know why your support email address failed to send, I got a mailer demon saying it didn’t exist!
