Overall the experience with Bibo has been very positive but there is one simple thing missing...
Had a Bibo classic for over two years now and we love it. We got it due to my wife's disabilty because she is unable to lift or use kettles or other hot water appliances safely. The Bibo allows her to have a cup of tea or coffee easily and safely as well as having full access to clean, cold filtered water without bulky heavy filter jugs etc.
The classic is easy to use, simple to maintain and high quality. During cleaning, the cartridge grommet failed and cause leakage into the unit and all over the floor. We needed to contact an engineer to visit.
This is where the single gripe comes. We reported the issue on a Saturday morning. Bibo has no support on non business days and we could not get any confirmation on a vist for two business days so we were looking at least Tuesday for any contact. This left us without access to the water machine for four days. Inconvenient yes, but also removed a degree of independence from my wife as we were now relying on kettles and bottled water, each being unsafe for her to use.
A callout was organised at Bibo's convenience and the engineer who turned up was amazing. He spotted the issue right away and not only fixed it but took measures to minimise the likelihood of it happening again as well as making the machine easier to use and maintain. He swapped out some parts to give the machine a longer lifespan and explained some improvements coming to the filters. He even cleaned the machine (inside and out) and completed the descaling process leaving with a machine that was as good as new.
Overall, fantasic service from the engineer and a quality long-lasting product from Bibo. If only a way could be found for out-of-hours energency services...

We've had ours 2.5 years and only recently needed an engineer to come out (as the filter replacement is so easy). Our engineer was superb - quick, efficient, friendly, very clean and tidy.
Bibo are missing a trick with current customers - offer a friends and family discount (10%) on new sign ups from a current customer. Then current customer gets a free filter replacement - or something.
These reviews are helpful, but only if you're directing traffic the right way to your product. SPEND MORE MONEY ON MARKETING!!!
It's a bloody brilliant machine - just needs to be a touch higher to get a Chilly's water bottle stood underneath the spout! (tiny detail)

Needed an engineer contacted Bibo they gave me some checks to do first then arranged an engineer straight away cannot fault the customer service, nice to deal with a company that you get through to somebody on the phone who can help you.

When new , there was a lot to like about the machine. It supplie hot and cold water and it did save on the volume of water bottles that were purchased. However, the running costs are high with ongoing replacement filters, uv lights etc. That was ok to a point, but then the cold water stopped being chilled. It seems a pump has failed. The cost to repair, just under 50% of the machine cost. That included a service , but it is still 50% of the machine. At that point I wrote off a 2 year old 600 gbp machine, so it is going in the bin. I was not going to pay 50% of purchase after only 2 years use and have any faith in the longevity , and have to then pay something similar further down the road. So I could not recommend buying this product.

We have had our Bibo water tank since 2022. We chose it for our new kitchen, after replacing our American style fridge with a model that did not have a cold water dispenser. The Bibo provides us with both filtered, ice cold water as well as boiling water, for our hot drinks. So although it takes up some space on the worktop, we no longer need a kettle, water filter jug or cold water stored in the fridge. It is very efficient and easy to use. One or two issues have been quickly resolved by Bibo technicians who are professional and reliable. The Bibo is quite expensive to buy but we consider it worth it for the convenience. It was our little treat to ourselves, when we re fitted our kitchen. We are very satisfied with it.

I’ve been using the Bibo water dispenser since 2021, and it has truly become an essential part of our kitchen. We use it multiple times a day, and the convenience of having both hot and cold water readily available has made our daily routine so much easier. My family appreciates the instant access to hot and cold water for beverages and cooking.
Recently, we encountered an issue with the hot water dispenser leaking. Given that we live in a hard water area, I understand that this can happen, but it was a bit disappointing nonetheless. However, when I called for an engineer, Lewis arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution, which was reassuring.
I’ve also been eyeing the new version of the Bibo dispenser that has just been released. It seems to offer some exciting upgrades, and I’m tempted to consider an upgrade soon. Overall, I highly recommend the Bibo water dispenser for its reliability and convenience, and I look forward to seeing what the new model has to offer!
