After a few months of design work led by RESI during 2023 we eventually employed BHM Developments in December to build our ground floor rear extension and they started on time in March 2024. A series of milestone payments were agreed and as the build progressed during the spring and summer, BHM delivered what they said they would in a timely manner, their onsite team attending regularly, whilst maintaining a high quality of workmanship. Understandably a few problems were encountered here and there but the onsite team led by Ali and Mani were very accommodating and professional about resolving these, occasionally working on weekends or late into the evenings to get a specific job completed.

Additional to the contracted first fix build we also engaged BHM to deliver the floor and toilet tiling and kitchen installation and were very pleased with the finished results.

Finally I would like to thank everyone in BHM who made this beautiful extension for us. Particularly to the onsite team who worked incredibly hard, sometimes in appalling weather and to Bashaar for his thoroughly professional and personable leadership.

We would absolutely employ BHM again.

BHM recently completed a front extension for us, including demolishing a previous structure and navigating various complicated issues with underground services and extra-deep foundations. From the start they were really helpful and great at problem-solving. Great communication from Bashaar, and the contractors on site were a pleasure to work with and kept everything as tidy as possible, given they were working on a small site. We were amazed how much they managed to get through each day and are now really pleased with the final result.

Communication and explanation was clear from the outset, the project started on time and finished early, any issues/obstacles were overcome without any hesitation, and the final result delivered a significant bedroom extension that I'm sure our daughter will appreciate for some time. I recently had the pleasure of working with BMH Developments on my first house renovation, and despite some challenges, the experience was ultimately rewarding. I would strongly recommend BHM.

BHM successfully completed a side return for our garden flat in Kensal Rise. We aimed to renovate the entire flat, but we had to keep to a modest budget and a tight deadline. BHM's quote and deadline estimates were both accurate – projected at 4-6 months – and they delivered on time, completing the project in just 5 months and within budget.
Bashaar proved to be a valuable source of knowledge. He not only listened to our needs but also understood how to achieve the desired finish in a sensible and practical manner, all while staying within the specified budget and timeline. When faced with challenges, Bashaar demonstrated resourcefulness by collaborating with structural engineers to devise clever workarounds.
Communication with Bashaar was seamless, as he was always accessible by phone or text. The hardworking team, led by our main contractor Harry, consistently arrived on site before 8 am and often worked until 6 pm or until the task was completed. Harry's exceptional building skills and commitment ensured that we met crucial milestones. The entire team, including Sam, displayed friendliness, politeness, and a high level of competence in their respective roles.
We appreciated the team's flexibility. For instance, when we decided to add underfloor heating to the kitchen extension, they not only accommodated this change but also extended the heating into the bathroom.
The final result exceeded our expectations, transforming our once drab flat into a bright and spacious garden flat of the quality we desired. I highly recommend Bashaar and the team at BHM and would not hesitate to engage them for my next project.

I recently used Bashaar and his team lead by Ali on the remodeling of the first floor of my property, including the moving and installation of a new gas boiler and fittings a new bathroom.
The guys work long days and completed the work much quicker than expected and to a very high standard ,the team were a pleasure to have working.

Bashaar and team built our loft conversion and were brilliant from start to finish. Communication, quality and attention to detail were first class. I would highly recommend.

BHM constructed a new extension in the side-return adjoining the rear extension of our ground-floor flat in a Camden Victorian terrace, also replacing the rear extension's old flat roof and its original side wall. We lived in the remaining rooms during the work. The whole team were dedicated (working even bank holidays) as well as being delightfully nice and polite, making all required adjustments without demur. The overall manager, Bashaar, was great: courteous, kind, flexible, helping with every question we raised. All on time and on budget. We actually missed them when they'd finished!

BHM developments did our extension and remodelled our internal space including moving stairs, removing chimney breasts, kitchen and bathroom installations. We are happy with the works completed and our over all experience.

Team arrives site on-time and work very hard with little breaks ,a truly dedicated team. They have been good with the communication and keeping us informed about the upcoming work and the schedule.

We don't hesitate recommending them to other clients and will be reusing them for future projects.

Bashar and his team were very good with providing their services to us. I was amazed at the amount of time it took to plan the extension and how quickly they got to work. Bashar was very considerate as I needed to get the extension done ASAP so he did whatever he could in his power to ensure this was done in a very good timely manner. Bashaar and his team couldn't have been more professional. Our project was finished to very high standard. I particularly loved the work ethics of the workers. Alli, the project manager as the face of the company on site had answer to any issue promptly. Overall experience was fantastic.

Very professional building contractors and we are really pleased with the recent renovation and extension carried out by Bash and his team. They are really experienced with building regulations, interior design, materials and the build work. The team were always punctual in terms of their working hours and most importantly tidied up after the end of the day to minimise disruption to us (clients).
