Poor service

Had a delivery date on 14.02.. but something went wrong on their sortering and moved on 15.02. In the morning received message that it will be delivered and it will be between 17-21 as it was chosen by me, with a call from a driver 30 min before delivery. But nothing happened, waited all evening, had no calls and dont know where my delivery is and when it will be now. Very frustrating changing my plans 2 days in a row and paying for expensive delivery

UPD: Another delivery try on 18.02.. got the message.. but nobody shows up or calls. Very poor service

Tracking provided by shop was bad

Tracking provided by shop was bad
I had to search the internet for this company to figure out where my package is and overall the organizational part stands extremely poor in my opinion with bft

my order got delayed a day and I did not get any message to let me know about it. Should I spend all day refreshing the tracking page ??
Anyway after the one day delivery delay I've got another delay of one day, I don't even know what to say and when will I get my stuff..

My delay got delayed; am I even going to get my package ever?

First, my deliver was delayed by a week (not sure if that was their fault though).
Then, I was told I will get my ordered good on Saturday, between 10:00 and 14:00. Cool. By 13:00, I got a message, saying that "sorry but it will be delayed by up to 2 hours". Now it is 16:00 and still no news about my pack; and as they will have to call me half an hour before delivery, it means that in the best scenario, I will get my order in 16:30.

And the best thing is that I cannot even get in contact with them, because their office is only open on weekdays... so now I have no idea when, or if I even going to get my .... stuff, while here I am, at home, wasting my precious Saturday
