Avoid this company – extremely poor service and no accountability
I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
My sofa was delivered damaged, and the damage was reported immediately. Despite this, no repair or replacement was offered within a reasonable timeframe, and I was left waiting for around seven weeks with no meaningful communication or resolution.
Rather than addressing the actual problem, the company repeatedly focused on arguing over wording and minimising the defect, instead of taking responsibility for delivering damaged goods. There was no practical effort to resolve the situation, just back-and-forth emails disputing semantics while the issue remained unresolved.
I attempted to resolve things reasonably and in good faith, including proposing a fair compromise. This was dismissed without any constructive counteroffer, and the company showed no willingness to negotiate or take ownership of the situation. The handling of the matter caused significant stress and frustration and felt deliberately drawn out rather than prioritised.
Being a small business is not an excuse for this level of service. If anything, it makes the lack of care and professionalism more disappointing.
This entire situation was completely avoidable had the company dealt with the damaged delivery promptly and professionally. I will never purchase from them again and will be warning others to think very carefully before doing so.
If you value clear communication, accountability, and fair treatment when things go wrong, I would look elsewhere.
