Damaged

The backpack I ordered wasn’t protected at all it came in a thin white bag which resulted in a rip and long brown streak across the front of my backpack. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Takes security measures seriously and treats customers very nice :) Haven’t gotten my bag yet but I just reordered.

Responsible store

I had to wait quite a long time for the parcel to arrive in Russia, but in the end I received it and I am very happy! I ordered a Sprayground backpack of very good quality, fully corresponds to the photo and description. I thank the Beyond Hype team for their feedback during the delivery of the order. I recommend buying from them even if you are on the other side of the ocean!:)

Loved buying from Beyond Hype. Easy purchasing process, and easy to track my package. Was shipped within promise date. Well packed and safe. I love my sunglasses!

The overall experience was good

The overall experience was good. It was easy to order I used Apple Pay and they sent me the order confirmation and the details details they even sent me an individual email saying thank you for the purchase, but on the website I checked my account and I had nothing under my recent orders and that left me wondering whether my order made it through or not
