I placed an order and the money was taken immediately. The order didn't look complete. I checked a few days later it still had not completed. The gif t was for my grandson, I competed the order and was charged twice. I only need one backpack.

I originally had an issue receiving the shoes I ordered but they gave a refund upon request. And offered to send a coupon for my next order and to send me a sticker pack. They are a pretty good company with a nice customer service base to attend to your needs if need be. I would order with them again. Sometimes things happen but it's the reaction and the steps that are taken to correct the problem that matter. 2 thumbs up to them for that :)

Update on my last review, I gave them a 1star because I didn’t hear from them when I contacted them, I replied to the email I was send and got a very quick response. But still if you have a contact us and we contact you don’t we deserve an answer? I like doing business with people I can talk or correspond to if a problem arises.

Customer service was phenomenal! Original order had supply issues but customer service went above and beyond to work with me for a replacement. Definitely will return as a customer.

I’m pretty sure this website is a scam. Having spent €67 including delivery for new sunglasses. To date I have had nothing since the order confirmation. Despite reaching out to their support email address and also the Facebook page. Suggest you save your money and avoid these people!

Bought a bracelet 27/7/2024, didnt passed the confirmed email, with a 15 euros shipping i think that is disrespectful. Yesterday sent an email to the support and didnt get a response. Till new info, i dont recommend. !Update! Some days after this review they responded me and were impecable, although it took more time than expected to start the shipping process. And when it arrived in Portugal i had to pay more taxes.
