Although I asked for my winnings to go into my BITCOIN account, they wanted a picture of my credit card??? Why I asked. I was Gaslight by some person reading a script. They also asked for a picture of a utility bill or bank statement showing current date. Who gets paper bills or printed bank statements?? It does it job well. UI take a few minutes to learn and they often run bonuses and promotions. Withdrawal process could be faster. Took more than a week to get but once approved, got it same day on coinbase. Kyc wasn't smooth but it was done in decent time

Update: I have received a couple of withdrawals now. I request the max I can withdraw which says it's $2500 per withdrawal but they just decided to give me only $300. They say it will be 5 business days but my last withdrawals have taken 10. So while I am receiving some withdrawals it's taking forever to get my money with over $4000 in my balance. It will take a year at this rate.
The response to this review is the most I've heard from them after many many email attempts and phone calls.
Betwhale won't allow you to withdraw your funds. I have been working with it for almost a month and have yet to receive it. They won't let you speak to anyone to escalate the issue. I would stay away from company.

This is a type of fraud. They will take a deposit from you but will not process your withdrawal.
The site is decent enough, but whenever you try to make a withdrawal, they will take 10–15 days for the verification process. The verification is extremely difficult, and even if you do manage to complete it, they still won't release your withdrawal; it has been eight days since my verification was completed, yet I still haven't received my funds.
If I receive my withdrawal, I will update this review.
