Better tax relief: should be amateur scammed tax relief
It will be hard to be constructive with this. Because I paid 500 for my very simple tax situation to be resolved. Then I get messages saying they are going to terminate my case and inform the irs I don't want to resolve my tax problem. Then get aggressive calls demanding 2000$ or basically a tax lien and prosecution will follow. I am just ashamed I was taken for first 500. I should have known it was a scam. The guy was so ridiculously obvious with his threats that I knew I had been taken after initial payment. Better tax relief in my opinion should not be able to do what they do legally. They are scammers

It would be helpful if there was more communication. Receiving more letters from the IRS and sitting here worrying daily about whether I will get a paycheck or if they are going to take my money (leaving me destitute) without any reasons. Getting a text doesn’t help to alleviate my stress and anxiety
