BETTER ME is the best for ME!
I have had a great experience with your site. I'm no stranger to diet and exercise and 5 yrs ago I had an accident which left me with a traumatic brain injury and back injury. In the years during my rehabilitation I gained a lot of weight. I went from 220 lbs which was ideal for my frame to 301lbs. I started searching for something to help with my strength building and weight loss and came across Better Me . I started looking at their different workouts that I could do without injury and found the chair yoga 28 day challenge.. at first it seemed to easy and as any consumer I was frustrated and contacted Better ME, they were vary fast with a response and helped me with my issue which actually was my fault for choosing a wrong challenge. I was 11 days into the ( wrong for me ) challenge and am now into day 13 on the chair yoga challenge. I started at 281 and am now 267 and have incorporated some weights into my challenge, looking forward to the changes the next 15 days brings and then a new 28 day challenge. I made a mistake and they made it right.
I made a mistake and paid for chair yoga even though I couldn't take it. I got a hold of the company and they immediately reversed my charge. I couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with when this happened. How good of them to understand. This company is very fair.

I ORIGINALLY WROTE THIS REVIEW BUT AM CHANGING IT....read below initial post.
I bought the personalized chair yoga program...to lose weight. The only exercises they had were loosening joints, and finger exercises. Almost no real activity. How do they call it personalized? How are finger exercises supposed to help me lose weight!
THE DAY AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW I HEARD FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE THROUGH BETTERME. THEY OFFERED ME AN EXTENSION ON MY CHAIR YOGA COURSE TO OTHER COURSES THAT I MIGHT LIKE BETTER FOR NO CHARGE. I MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT READING THE FINE PRINT FOR THEIR AD ON FB. I THOUGHT THE COURSE WOULD HAVE MORE CORE STRENGTH EXERCISES. BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH. Is this a scam
Is this a scam? I enrolled in the 84 day introductory offer for 29.99 on Dec 3. I finished the 28 day program today and tried to go to stage 2. Instead of showing Stage 2 it showed back to day 15 which I have already completed. I don’t want to repeat what I just finished. How do I go to Stage 2 now that I have cancelled.
I was getting confusing email from support so I cancelled.

I've been using BetterMe for their…calisthenics and core work.

Updated review: company came through with refund
App was hard to use. Cancellation was dang near impossible and I was charged almost $100 two months AFTER I cancelled. DO NOT fall for this scam. Go to a real class or buy a book.
