Overall, I had a very positive experience with BetterMe, especially with their customer support, which was responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented.
The only downside I encountered was the lack of synchronization between the browser and mobile app subscriptions, which can be a bit confusing from a user perspective.
Aside from that, I’m satisfied with the service and the value it provides.
My email was responded to in a very reasonable amount of time. The response was easy to understand, professional, and most importantly resolved the issue.
I told them that I didn't order a subscription and they refunded me money right away, no problem

i had a disagreement over payment with BetterMe.It was for being charged €135 for something. I did not get angry but explained how it would not be possible for me to have ordered what I had ordered from them. They kindly and patiently wrote back within 24 hours to explain what happened and said they would reimburse me within 5-10 days. I grumbled to myself that there was little chance of that happening. I was wrong...they reimbursed me within 24 hours!

I am m an older woman who's disabled and going through a hard time. I needed to cancel my subscription and they were very kind to me and I appreciate it. It's becoming a hard world but it was very nice to have such a pleasant experience. Thank you what's going on

I apparently signed up for an introductory offer and was charged almost $20 a month for almost 2 years without any notification of continuing charges or available services. Not a single email, an SMS, or any type of notification. I'm sure there are thousands of people who are unaware of charges to their debit card (which are uninsured unlike creditcards) that Better Me racks up. Even after I realized that I'd been paying so much for 2 years, the process of cancellation was quite difficult. They even have a mechanism which makes you repeatedly cancel over and over again, then require a another confirmation by email. Skip a step and you're back in their payment loop! Devious!!!

I didn’t sign up for a subscription. I only wanted the first plan, of which I haven’t used yet. I called to cancel the subscription and was told it had been canceled. A couple days later I received an email to cancel my subscription but was taken to a website that was very confusing. Better Me didn’t help me at all.

I had to stop doing the chair yoga program because of my shoulders hurting from all the arm exercises. This simple program was easy for me to commit to doing every night, but unfortunately I was too enthusiastic and hurt my shoulders. I cancelled my subscription, and after a few messages was refunded my final payment. Thank you, Kate!
