I switched to Better Energy back in April 2017, I am on their prepayment 7 plan. Switching was hassle free, one online form and they took care of the rest and took over my supply from British Gas and sent me out a new payment top up card.
They are far far cheaper than any other company and for what seems like exactly what I had before, but much cheaper!
Would recommend anyone to leave the big 6 and come to Better Energy!
