I placed a live bet on Denis Shopovalov to win after dropping the first set last night vs Hijikata and the line was +220.He was a -160 favorite before losing the first set. 3 other books all had lines of +200 or higher. After he came back and won, they canceled my bet this morning and took back my winnings after claiming the line was a "mistake" because they "had the score wrong." The score was not wrong.. I was literally watching this match live. Just another excuse to take people's winnings. This book is criminal and is always doing shady things like this. No one should trust betting with betonline.

They charged me 3 times for a deposit, then told me it was my responsibility to contact the bank to correct. After I did so, they froze my acct so I couldn't do anything and then put my account in the negative from the funds they took out of my account. Run, don't walk from Betoline

I put in a request to withdraw $40 (yes, $40). First, they made me verify my account—which I didn't mind doing—and once that was done, I was told to wait 24 hours for the withdrawal. After the 24 hours passed, I checked and saw it had been cancelled. Support told me I had to call them (a US number, even though I'm in another country) just to withdraw $40. If they act like this over $40, I can only imagine what it's like with larger amounts. Who pays for my call? Implement a proper KYC system; you can't force people to call you to verify... what? Their voice? Over $40? Be careful.

2 months ago I left a 5 star review and now I regret it. I had $92.66 in my account and while I was in the middle of the game placing my bet in roulette it kicked me out of the room and stole $35 leaving it with $57.66. I will gladly remove this comment after they refund me back my money. if not this comment will stay up here. To try and fix the issue I contact the "CHAT" support and they had Ai speaking with me instead of a human, and of course nothing got done. I don't recommend anyone putting your money online with them. They steal !!! My next step is to file a complaint/report it if they don't handle this in the next 72 hours.
