Gina - betano custmer service live chat
My query was dealt with by 'Gina' who was extremely professional, polite, and most of all willing to see things from my perspective, even going out of her way to speak to her superior to ensure I was treated fairly and my issue was resolved I cannot understate how happy I am with how my issue was dealt with by Gina cannot fault her, consider employing more staff like her. - overall I'd give her a 9/10 thanks again Gina.

Charlie helped me with no hass/fuss, ive been through this scenario 1,0000000000 times but this was sorted and resolved in minutes. Also didnt have to mither and beg….. excelent service, not like the bigger brands (FIRST TIME REVIEWER, but ive had tht many poor bit of help that this felt worthy of a response!!!!)
