This gambling website is reportedly one of the biggest in the world (ask Ray) on horses and football they cannot rig it but it is a different story on there vegas,casino games you can gamble 100,150,or even 200hundred pounds to get on a games feature when you do even to a £1 or £2 stake your free spins will pay you out a paltry sum.I have no problem gambling but I do have a problem with this company telling you there games are random for winning I have played many gambling websites but this is the worst and I can now understand how the people who run it are awarded vast sums of money,by all means continue gambling on the horses,football etc,but for your sake stay away from there games,casino,and Vegas games or you will end up bankrupt.

The acount transaction procedure is a scam. Do not sign up as customer.

Bet365.se ( Sweden)They don't even deserve a single star. Simply it's a legal fraud company. Wish if I could attache my screen shot pics of my wining bet. But they didn't pay me any money. Instead the offer me to get my money back as a complimentary gift,and the amount can't be transfer to my bank account. My question is. Is there any authority to close down this company?

So I have been a customer the last 10 years. All have been good 99.5% of the time. Never really anything to complain about.

Then one day out of the blue, they just choose to permently ban me from the site, WITH NO REASON GIVEN AT ALL.. "It's a management decision".
And no, they are not losing any money to me. I am in a little minus. Not much, but a little.
I am not stealing or cheating them.
I cannot see 1 reason why they would do this, and I can't do anything to change their minds. This is really unreasonable.
One of the weirdest things I have ever experienced, and really really inconvienient.

I was treated unfairly at BET 365, I was accused of having a gambling problem and I do not have one. I have answered BET365 gambling questions and it does not constitute a gambling addiction. Below are the questions that I had answered.

In a recent interaction you have answered all the above questions with "No".

I'm very happy with bet365 I'm a big spender I usually deposit 1000 at a time playing 20 a spin I manage to withdraw 14000 over the weekend and it was paid in my bank on Tuesday. Ladbrokes paid me 13000 last week so I'm must doing something right to win so much. I'm in Spain enjoying my winnings private villa with pool.

They are the worst scammers ever.
When you just lose they dont put any restrictions to your account, when you start to win a decent amount of money they put a restriction to your acc and you can't do nothing.
Lets spread that to the world.
Bet365 is a scam and should be banned.

They trick young and desperate people and when they lose, but when they win they’ll limit you so you can’t win anymore!

They offer responsible gambling time outs but when u use this facility they make u jump through hoops to get back up and running again so in turn you won't use the facilities so well done bet365 for not being responsible. Customer service is vile not helpful and operators are rude.

this site is just ripping people off how are they getting away with it is there a gaming commission that all the punters can write to .I had a 10€ single on liverpool v southampton 3.0 and checked my cash out at 2.0 only to find my bet VANISHED off my screen.Rang 365 and the guy said OH that should not have happened . Then customer service comes on oh you must have done a half time result WHICH WAS NOWAY PEDRO.dont give me that crap.I told her i had a copy of my bet but she did not want to know.WASTING MY TIME TALKING TO THESE TRAINED CHIMPS. Bet365 is a great site for betting, but that is also it...
When you want to withdraw your hard earned money, they tell you that it is not possible. You will then have to contact their live chat several times, which will tell you that everything is fine, even though you will receive a mail four hours later, telling you that your withdrawal has been cancelled.
Then they demand you to send them an account statement to verify your identity, even though that is the first thing, you do, when you make an account on their site.
I have just wasted an entire day trying to withdraw money from Bet365, and you shouldn't waste your time doing the same...

Putting on restrictions for betting of 17 pence per bet, not enough to even to watch a bags race. Customer service terrible, not a bookmakers more like an nanny state, would highly recommend you look else where for a proper bookmakers or lose and you would be more than welcome at bet365!

All i will say is PLAYTECH is rigged, 100%. so, they need to be investigated, but, that wont happen. There is some corrupt happenings going on here. stay away from the playtech games. Bet365 is OK but have playtech for there games. Which are, purely 100% rigged to the maximum. Do not know how this is aloud. it is PLAIN OBVIOUS.......

Cheating
placed a bet on the total number of points in a handball game. Game ended at half time, and lost entire bet even though the second half was never played.

Manipulating the terms and conditions as they please to not pay their customers.

My best bet is this

I had to talked to them 3 times in the last 3 days. It was totally pointless.

* I was in line for chat for 45 minutes. Claire C comes. Spends 1,5 minute with me, then she leaves before my problem is solved.
* They want me to verify my identity with 30000 different documents.
* They take like 3 minutes to answer one question. And when they give me the wrong answer it takes an other 3 minutes to figure out how their system works.

My problem is not solved yet and probably never will be.

They nerf your account if you win so you won't be able to place any more bets.
They clap their hands if you lose but as soon as you win your account is unusable.

Changes the terms on the bonuses, and sometimes makes your balance into bonus (if you're winning.) You will not be able to withdraw your balance as long as you have a bonus. If you use their mobile version, they will also restrict your ability to withdraw money on the original site. Currently it says that I can withdraw my entire balance, but if I actually try to do it, a messageboxs pops up and I am told that I have a bonus. They could do a better job. I've heard alot about people getting limits on their accounts, but I do not have any yet.
