Worst online gaming/casino site. I live in Ontario Canada, made an initial deposit of $500, my card was debited but I can't log in. I was in 25 email exchanges with them with different people, demanding that they just send my money back. We go round and round with no end, up until now no money is sent back to my bank account. Scammers! Pathetic! Avoid this company!

Worst decision I ever made to use this betting site - literally had money on my account since 2019 that I can’t claim to my card Bc their verification system is a joke and doesn’t work.
No customer support that you can call. This is literally scam territory

Unable to login during Real Madrid vs Man City on 4th of May. Unable to cash out or close bets.
Bet365 clearly isn't interrested in fair gambling.
Scam all the way.

When there is Freebet or Champions League the site suddenly needs a "renovation" and as soon as the game is over, the site works again.

Worst game ever tried, many mistakes they can not understand, and it is very unhelpful you should never try it, many error forecasts.

They don't honor their bets
Any chance they have to screw a customer you can be sure they will take it.

Avoid Bet365 gaming you will win nothing , the sportsbook is the best there is however and i would recommend .

I have today created an account on bet365 and the account was also verified. However, when I wanted to place a bet, I was told there was restrictions and that I could just request my money back. All over a HORRIBLE experience!!

I was a customer of Bet365 that was pushed out the door and withheld verification because they wanted to see my private financial information on my bank statements, though everything they asked for was visible. Most betting companies are fine with redacted financial records on a bank statement for verification so long as the statement shows name, proof of address, date within 3 months, etc. Not Bet365. Offered them everything they claimed to need to verify me and they refused because they wanted to see my finances. Sorry - not happening. Will take my business elsewhere. Oh, and they will claim that you are verified but then go back on what they said - multiple times.

Pros:
- Betting options - these guys are THE encyclopedia for sports betting. You will find what you want here, whether or not you decide to use them.
- Live betting - bet365 has the best live bet interface I've used. Information is fast, accurate, sometimes comes with live video feeds of the match, with a good cash out system to boot.

Cons:
- Deposits - they make it damn hard for some people to get money into their 365 account at times. Not everyone can use the credit card deposit option. Apart from that, you're very limited, as they don't allow Interac e-transfer.
- Limits - I haven't been harshly limited yet, but I know people who have - even in the $4,000-5,000 range of winnings. Not sure why it is necessary when these guys have the monopoly on the market.

Hard to ignore the selection they offer on sports.

I'm actually shocked a small minority of people on here have a good word to say about Bet365 but I'm not shocked at all the vast majority have these gangsters right, they blocked their cash outs and my bets over Euro 2020 they don't tell you how their bet builder works and if they can work out a way not to pay out they will.

Don’t use this

I was a customer for many years and I have just left. Customer service was shocking after a a lot of technical issues. Really disappointed... I would avoid!

They scammed me of my Champions league score. I betted on Chelsea and when they won I just Got the massage “something went wrong”

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Out of the blue received notification that they were restricting the sports and promotion I was able to bet on as a result of a review by their trading team. Shockingly this come after I had a few wins. Called customer service who were diabolical, just repeated the fact that there was no further information and they were not required to provide any clarification or reason.

The worst to ever do it - will use any other betting company but these battlers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had my account which I've used for years closed for absolutely no reason at all, hadn't even used my account in days. when I got onto the chat to find out, the reason I was giving was "Following a review on your account, your account has been closed on a permanent basis. I appreciate it is not the information you were expecting today, however, this is a management decision taken at bet365 discretion." I asked why as I hadn't broken any rules and was told, "whilst I appreciate this is pretty vague, there is no other information we would look to or be required to provide behind this decision." The absolute worst customer service I've ever received, banned for absolutely no reason and provided no explanation as to why.

Really bad experience, if there is an petition to close this platform I will be so happy.
Customer service is one of the worst when I wanted to close my account they said to wait, I have waited 3 hours only to tell me I can press 2 buttons.
Betting part: I was playing casino games and lost in half an hour 5000 euros because their games are set only to lose, there are other platforms that gives you some winning too.

STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS APP, CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WHILE YOU STILL CAN, OR THEY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH NO REASONS.

they just deleted my account with no explanation,when i contacted them they still refused to tell me why and the customer service was very rude. found a much better site now with polite customer service.

Guys, do yourself a favour. Don't go near here. The pay back is nothing. You can gamble all you like and you will ultimately get nothing.
