Terrible and poor quality item, and even worse customer service

I ordered an item that upon receipt, appears to be of very poor quality. I have tried to contact customer service for a refund on more than 3 occasions, and receive no feedback. I would not recommend this shady business to anyone. Poor quality and non existent customer service. Now I must start the tedious process of contacting my credit card company, the better business bureau, and an attorney.

Resolved Issue Quickly!

There was a problem with my delivery, and when I contacted the company, they were quick to reply and very professional. They had great communication, and resolved the issue quickly! I have bought from them before, and I have been very impressed with their service from start to finish!

Entered the wrong address & ended up…

Entered the wrong address & ended up getting my item returned back to sender. I’ve been in touch with Bestvibes customer service the entire way & will be getting my item resent to the proper address with no problem. Thanks for the excellent service, can’t wait to receive my order.

Will not voluntarily refund, you'll have to dispute it with your credit card

Bought a couple things, returned unopened, submitted tracking numbers to Bestvibe. Bestvibe said refund will be issued 48 hours after things are received back. Three weeks pass after confirmation of receipt, no refund. I get upset and write a negative review specifically about how they don't refund. Their further responses "Delete your review and THEN we'll give you a refund". So basically holding my money hostage. I had to go through PayPal for refund and they still insisted I delete the negative review. Well I'm writing more of these instead to let people know to stay away from BestVibe.

After waiting 3 weeks, bestvibe finally replied that the items I selected are no longer available. The reply suggested I could select something else but did not say how to do that other than trying to describe items in an email

This is a lying cheating company

This is a lying cheating company. They shipped me a defective product then would I emailed service they asked me to post a positive review and send $13 shipping thru pay pal and they would ship out a replacement. Well they never did and stopped rep too my emails. They scammed me for a simple $13. I warn you they are cheats

To whom it may concern I am writing to follow up on my recent order, which was placed . I was informed that the order would be delivered within 48 hours, but it has not arrived yet. Additionally, I have not received any response to my previous emails regarding this matter.I kindly request an update on the status of my order. If the delivery cannot be completed promptly, I would prefer to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Please respond at your earliest convenience to confirm the cancellation or provide the updated delivery timeline. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Horrible Company - No Communication

Will never order from this website again

Will never order from this website again. Seen them advertised on Twitter and thought I’d order from them however it’s been just over 3 weeks and I’ve not had any delivery email or proper order confirmation despite them taking money from my account in a flash.
If I could I’d give them 0/5 stars as they are clearly a scam company who don’t reply to emails at all.

At this point I just want my money back

I would give a 0 if an option! I placed an order money gone out of my account! I have sent tons of emails with no response! Can’t track my order the website says I didn’t even place an order. Which clearly I did I have payment confirmation and order number! This place is a joke if you ask me!!!

Ordered two items and never received…

Ordered two items and never received them the order says complete but I looked at my ring doorbell camera no packages have been delivered and when you reach out to their support email you get a automated message and they never actually contact you I will be going through my bank to dispute the charge all together.
